Lily knocked on the door to her mother and father's mansion, wanting to ask them a simple question; if it was okay to allow her to take her best friend, Roxy, to her and her sister's trip to Africa.

Lily's mother answered,"Hello there! I wasn't expecting wewe to come over." Lily came in and said,"Mom, may I talk to wewe about this whole trip to Africa?"

"Sure thing, dear! Ask away!" She and her mother sat down and Lily asked her,"Mom, is it alright if my friend and roommate Roxy can come with me on the trip?"

Her mother sighed and replied,"No." Lily's eyes widened, as her moyo broke into a million pieces,"No? Why can't she come?"

Her mother hesitated to answer, as Lily replied,"Mom, why aren't wewe answering me?" Her mother sighed and said,"Dear, I don't like that girl. Isn't she the one that would dress up in those awful dark clothing that had rips and chains on them?"

Lily replied,"Yeah. We both USED to dress like that. We're mature now, not teens." Her mom huffed,"Still, I don't like that kind of influence. wewe need to be zaidi like your older sister, Debra."

Lily rolled her eyes,"Mom, I'm NOT going to be like Debbie! She's terrible!" "On the contrary, she's your sister." "I can't stand her, okay? She's awful!"

"Lilian Quinlan Worthchester!" I hate my full name!
Lily thought, as her mother kept yelling at her.

Of course, Lily drowned her out, hearing only bits and pieces of what her mother had to say;

My mom is so shitty. How did I end up with her?

"-you never follow directions-"

Yawn! Bored, bored, bored.....

"-you're very, very, stubborn-"

Oh, she is so pathetic! Maybe her and Deb can fall down a well! Then, I can act like Samarra from the Ring and have my revenge! Teeheehee!

"-and wewe never ever call me!"

Lily got up from her kiti, kiti cha and said,"Gee Mom, nice talk, but I have to go." Her mother threatened,"If wewe even think about inviting her, I'll force wewe to songesha back!"

Lily gulped. She knew her mother was serious. She knew that she would force her to songesha back and treat her twice as worse as she did when she didn't have the freedom of having her own apartment.

Lily turned around, wanting to hit her,"Fine then! I won't invite her au anything." She opened up the front door and said,"By the way, don't be so surprised if I songesha to the jungles of Africa and never return." She slammed the door, as Mrs. Worthchester stayed still, not moving an inch.

Lily slammed the door of her old beat up Chevy that her dad gave her when she was sixteen. She turned it on, put it in drive, and left her parents' house.

Her car is medium dark blue, but over the years, it developed huge nasty rust spots on the exterior. Despite the car looking like utter crap, it ran as if it were brand new.

Lily loved the car and didn't mind that her parents bought Debbie a Prius, while Lily had a hand-me-down car with nasty rust spots.

She drove to her apartment, which was smack dab in the moyo of New York City. Her parents lived outside of the city, in a beautiful mansion that the Worthchester generations had over the years.

Since so many generations had lived there, Debbie would make up these ghost stories and tell them to Lily when they were young children. After telling Lily, Lily would grab a flashlight and drape a blanket over her head and body to protect her from the "monsters" Debbie would tell her.

She would step on the cold tiled floor of the kitchen, spooked to the point of shaking at three a.m. Usually, that would be the time her father would get up to get something to eat au drink, before going back to sleep.

She saw the light coming from the refrigerator and would scream. Her father walked over to her, as Lily would start to cower down. He would always comfort her kwa saying,"Lily Pad, it's me. It's Daddy." He would flash the flashlight on himself, making Lily feel better.

He would always pick her up and comfort her, saying,"Did Debbie scare you? Aw, don't listen to her. She's just trying to pull your legs." Lily replied,"She wasn't anywhere near my legs!"

Her father would always chuckle and say,"That's just a saying. It's not to be taken literally. There's no such thing as ghosts, honey. Zombies, ghosts, demons, monsters, all of those are fake." He kissed her forehead and asked,"Since Mommy's asleep, do wewe wanna eat a little ice cream?"

Lily would nod her head, as he always said,"Remember, don't tell Mommy." "I won't, Daddy. Shh, it's a secret!"

After reminiscing about her relationship with her father, Lily
parked in the parking lot and locked her car. She saw the cracks on the rear windshield. Her ex boyfriend, Adam, had broke into it and tried to steal it.

Lily sighed, feeling so hurt to know that a guy she had trusted so much and had loved, hurt her and cheated on her so many times. It was even worse when he was drinking.

When drinking, Adam could sometimes get to the point of hitting her. Even after they broke off their relationship, he now stalks her, trying to win Lily's moyo again.

She hates it that her mother likes him. No one, other than Roxy knows about what he's done and still does to Lily. Mrs. Worthchester only likes him because his parents are also rich and successful. Mrs. Worthchester is one of those people that doesn't want to know anything behind closed doors, even if it has to do with her own children au husband.

Lily walked into her apartment, and groaned. It was once again trashed. Roxy was at work and Lily went straight to her parents' house after work. She knew who had done this.

Adam. Every time something happens, Adam is somewhere in the scene. Even if not, his trademarks are. Anytime he trashes a place, he always does it the same way.

1) He always rips up curtains. Lily never knew why, but Adam had this weird obsession of ripping up curtains.

2) He would find lipstick au buy it and scribble all over the walls. Not just any kind of lipstick, either. He always uses red and likes to write demeaning messages about his parents au the Sex Pistols band symbol.

3) He loves to take stuff out of drawers and leave them all over the place.

4) He likes taking scissors and cutting up expensive outfits and bedsheets.

5)Finally, he'll pour hair dye, shampoo, conditioner, au body wash in the toilet and not flush it.

After he's finished, he'll leave a smart punda looking note about what a "good job" he had done.

Lily knew that this had Adam written all over it. She used
to the same thing. Both Adam and Lily would break into peoples' apartments and trash them, except with Adam kwa himself, they're never as bad.

With Lily, they would pour alcohol everywhere and dig through medicine cabinets, scattering pills all over the place. Lily's life was once checkered and dangerous, until one siku she wanted to stop being a bad person.

Lily sighed deeply, That vacation is sounding better and better kwa the second.

Every weekend, I sleep late, like every normal teenager. Problem is, my annoying little brother wakes up at like what? 6:30 every morning? Yeah. And he dumps a bucket of water filled with ice in it on my face if I don't wake up at 6:30. What a nuisance. Otherwise, if I go hangout with my Marafiki before he gets up. he says, "Mrs. Mellark! Going out with your boyfriend?" Yeah, I like Peeta, as a matter of fact, if wewe didn't know before. Personal opinion, you'll live with it. What a strange little kid. No idea where he learned what a boyfriend was, but fine. The major thing that makes me mad...

Hi. My name is Jake Gartner, and right now, basically a huge mutant serpent is coming to kumeza me whole, tear me to pieces of flesh, so I have no time to talk right now. Oh, um...you want to follow me? Sure, just accept that everyday will be the best of the thrills. Right now, we are not getting any help from the immortal world, so just know that we have a horrible system of magic right now, and we have an extremely low supply of weapons, thus, the chance that wewe will get out of this mess is around eighty-six percent. And I thought he alisema that I was just as great as he was. Now, this proves that he was totally lying. What a fraud. Okay, I found out something today that might be useful to the two of us. Well, that is, if Jake even wants to work with me. I saw his light on yesterday night. Face it, he's probably researching something about the mutant serpent. Am I right? Well, yes, I thought so. wewe know, I am telepathic....

I walk into
The Fields of Sorrow
Once again.
Why do I walk there
Almost everyday?

I stroll along the grasses
Thinking
Bearing a horrible pain.
I think of the world around me
And how much they have inspired me.

I start to cry once again.
All my teachers
All my friends,
They have always stood kwa me,
When things went wrong.

I want a chance to repay them,
To onyesha them that...
Their work was useful.
To onyesha them that
I am truly thankful.

Why do I have to leave them then
Now?
No, now's not a good time.
But I know it was not intended
That I leave them now.

I want to onyesha all those people
That they have been
The change of my life,
That they have made my life so much
Better,
That they were the flames
In the darkness.

Dear Mother,

Yes I know what wewe did to me

You threw me down the well

All because I made your life a living hell

Mommy, Mommy can't wewe see?

I'm your little adopted baby girl

If wewe didn't want me, why did wewe adopt me

Yes Mommy, I know

I, Samarra morgan knows.

The tape that is cursed

Is nothing worse

Than what I had experienced

Why didn't I ever sleep?

Because the farasi kept me up at night

Because wewe let Daddy keep me in the barn.

I have hurt others

I have killed others

I may have even sickened your horses

I bet wewe loved them zaidi than wewe loved me

Yes, I know I am a freak

Because I am afraid of water, so...

It's funny. We're so different. Me and Kein. He's so shy. Quiet. Introverted.

But I think I would die if I couldn't talk to people.

Even our mark. He is curious, true. But he's curious in a different way. He just need to know things, then he's fine. He just needs knowledge.

Me? I need to see those things. Be out in those places he reads about. I want to leave. Go somewhere else. See something no one's seen.

I wonder about the other planes. I want to see them. Travel there. Why can't we? The Faeries are clever. And magickal. They could let us.

Sometimes I don't like the Faeries. What they did. They...

Just a few things before the story; one, if there's something wewe don't like about it, please tell me! I want it to be as good as it can be. ^-^ Just please tell me in a respectful way, please. I would appreciate that. Thank you.
Also, this story will be a little (well, zaidi than a little) bloody and violent, and there may be some cussing later on. Just a warning.
That being said, I hope wewe like it!

I hurried down the hall, keeping an eye out for Tonia. God, how was I supposed to ask the girl out if I couldn’t find her?
Out of the corner of my eye I saw movement. I glanced that way, thinking it could be Tonia.
No, it was just Zoë. She swept out of the bathroom and down the hall. It looked like she was crying.
“Hey. Zoë,” I called. She didn’t look back.
I moaned and hurried after her, caught up with her. Then...

"Who's there?" A whispery voice asked me while I searched for the keeper of the voice.

"Sir?" the youth said.

"Command your men to stand down and retreat."

Without arguing au hesitating, Sethus shouted the orders to his men and ran through the double doors. William waited until every man was inside before he followed.
