I was a little confused by this question. Not to be a smartass, but there wasn't really any question in regards to endgame. we saw that Joey & Pacey ended up together, Jen died & we don't know who the father of her daughter, Amy, was. And Jack ended up with Pacey's brother, Doug.

Amy's father was CJ but I kinda expected it to end with Dawson and joey getting together I always felt the story was more about them then the other characters but I love Joey n pacey! So I was happily surprised

^^ I really hope that's not true. I'd like to think that CJ would never leave Jen and Amy. My guess is that CJ and Jen broke up not that long after she moved back to New York. Some other guy was Amy's father.
