Ok here is what I would do if I was dude and I liked a girl and she couldn't tarehe 'til she was 16 at school give her hugs cause it doesn't count has dating her and you'll get your feelings out another thing that might help is, talk to her at school tell her your feelings for her and maybe she'll think "Hey I'll sneak out to might this guy that I is really nice" and you'll get to meet her and get to know her more
