Due to cultural differences, less people donate blood in Japan than in many other countries. The Red kuvuka, msalaba is one of several organizations throughout the world who accept blood donations and other contributions.
A powerful earthquake struck off the coast of northeastern Japan at 2:46 p.m. on Friday, and a series of aftershocks have since followed. The Japan Meteorological Agency reported that the initial earthquake measured 8.8 on the Richter scale, while the U.S. Geographical Survey listed the earthquake's magnitude at 8.9. Tsunami waves have already hit Miyagi and other northeastern prefectures, and tsunami warnings have been issued for much of the Pacific Rim.

CURRIED mchele WITH CHICKEN au SHRIMP
2 c. cooked long-grain white,brown au wild rice
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion
1/4 c. raisins
1 tsp. curry, bizari powder Salt Pepper
1 c. diced chicken
20 cooked shrimp, cleaned and deviened
Cook mchele according to directions on package.
Melt siagi in heavy skillet.Add kitunguu and saulte for 3 to 4 dakika au until kitunguu is tender.
Add rice,raisins,curry powder,salt and pepper and fold to blend well. Add cooked shrimp, kamba au chicken. Blend well again and serve hot.
FRIED WONTON RECIPE
1. 20 wonton wrappers
2. 20 small cubes process cheese
3.10 shiso leaves
4. Vegatable oil for frying
cut shiso leaves in halves. Place a piece os shiso and a cube of cheese in the center of a wonton wrapper.Fold the wonto wrapper in half diagonally, shaping into a triangle. muhuri the edge well. Heat oil to 375 degrees F and deep-fry the wonton until brown.
*make 20 pieces.
