As for team rocket...
they still haven't won but they aren't near as wimpy. They don't hide with as many dumb costumes
and blast off. They are able to escape and play a much zaidi important role in the anime now.
Giovanni is trying to lure out team plasma using team rocket.
The story don't have as many dumb bila mpangilio stops and makes d/p look like trash.
