Part 4: Yue
As I was walking through the park, I spot a guy staring at me. It was weird because I thought he was a creep, but as I got a better look at him, he wasn't.
He looked about my age, a short ponytail, white shati with a blue hoodie koti, jacket with cut off sleeves, jeans, and adias flip flops with socks underneath. He kept staring and smiling at me, I smiled back.
That's when it happened.
His face light up and walked right up to me, I was about to leave, but something told me that I should stay and meet this guy.
"Hey!" he called out, and tripped on a rock.
I giggled.
"Heh...sorry about that." he breathed.
"It's alright." I laughed a bit.
"I'm Sokka!" he introduced me.
"Yue."
"Nice name!"
"Thank you. So...how do wewe do?"
"Fine! Thank you!"
I giggled.
"So...um...got any plans tonight?"
"Hmm...not really, why?"
"Well, I was thinking that maybe, we could...um...do an acitvity together?"
I chuckled at his response.
"And activity?" I asked.
"Yes! At a place!" he answered.
"I'll think about it." I smiled.
He smiled widley at me, and asked me for my phone number. I gave it to him, as he gave me his.
He began to walk back when he tripped on the same rock again, I chuckled again, he just looked back and smiled at me as if nothing happened.
He seems like a nice person...and not so bright...haha!

As I arrived home, I saw Kahn, my "boyfriend".
"What are wewe doing here?" I asked him.
"I thought wewe were going to the Bakery Shop!" he barked.
"I did, and I left and went to the park." I explained ot him.
"You could have called me!" he yelled. "I stood there in front of that dumb store waiting for you! wewe COULD HAVE CALLED! THAT'S WHAT CELL PHONES ARE FOR!"
"DON'T YELL AT ME LIKE THAT! wewe KNOW I DON'T LIKE BEING YELLED AT!" I screamed.

"I AM!" I yelled back.
"THEN ACT LIKE ONE FOR ONCE!" he yelled at my face.
"What's going on?" asked my father as he came into the livingroom from the kitchen.
"Nothing." Kahn said. "I was just telling her something."
"Did wewe tell her about the news?" he asked.
"What news?" I asked too.
My father look at me with those gleeming eyes whenever he smiled with pride, he held my hand so tight I thought it was gonna snap in half.
"Yue, my dear, Kahn has asked me for your hand in marriage!" he said.
"What?!" I exclaimed.
"The reason why I waiting outside the Bakery duka was so I could tell wewe that....I want to marry you, Yue." explained Kahn.
I couldn't believe my ears! The guy that treated me like dirty a moment ago, wants to marry me? Who does he think I am?
"But--"
"Yue, I know your moyo must be filled with joy! For mine is too! It seems like it was only yesterday that wewe were just taking your first steps!" my father mentioned.
"Father--"
"Kahn, the ring!" my father ordered.
Kahn took out a tiny box from his pocket and opened it. A dimond ring shined against the light in the living room.
He came up slowly towards me, smiling, and placed the ring on my finger.
I just stared at the ring.
"My young daughter, finally a realized woman!" eclaimed my father.
"I knew you'd like it, Yue." whispered Kahn.
Boy was he wrong!

Night came; I waited for Sokka at the park.
He arrived a few dakika late, but I was glad that he came...I needed to tell him something.
"Hey." he greeted.
"Hi."
"Sorry I'm late. I was bussy making something for 'ya!" he showed me a piece of wood.
At first I thought it was a bear, but then he told me that it was a fish.
I smiled, but then it faded away as tears rolled down my cheek.
"I shouldn't have done this! I'm so sorry!" I cried.
"What? What's wrong?" he asked, worried.
I haven't realized that I began to cry, he held me kwa my shoulders.
"Tell me, what's wrong?" he asked again.
I looked at him in the eyes as tears rolled down from my eyes.
"Sokka..." I began. "I...I have to tell wewe something?"
"I knew it." he spoke in a low tone.
"Huh?"
"I knew it. It's me, right? I know I'm a bit of a goof, but I really like you, Yue! I really do!"
I blushed really hard, and I did something I'll always regret.
I kissed him.
He took a few steps back, his eyes grew wide in shock and he pressed his fingers against his lips.
"W-What was that about?!" he asked.
"Sokka, I really like wewe too! I really do! It's just..." I broke off.
"Yeah...?"
"It's just...I'm engaged." I told him as I showed him my engagement ring.
He looked at it as if it was the most horrifying thing in the world; I was beginning to cry when he finally spoke.
"Why didn't wewe tell me this before?" he asked.
"It was all too sudden!" I explained. "Kahn asked my father for my hand in marriage and he put the ring on my finger and BOOM! I'm engaged!"
"You could have alisema something!" he shrieked.
"I'm sorry! It was all too soon! I don't even like Kahn! I'm sorry!" I apologized.
As he was going to say something, I turned aorund and ran off like a frighten little girl.
As I ran, Sokka's words haunted insde my head. You could have alisema something! Why didn't wewe tell me this before? You could have alisema something!
I stopped half-way towards my house; I fell on my knees on the hard sidewalk, and I began to weep.
