Yes, anyone could jiunge your club, if kwa that wewe mean becoming a shabiki of it. It's not possible to restrict any fanpop user from becoming a shabiki of any club on Fanpop. Of course, klabu aren't owned kwa any particular user, even if that user created the club, so it's not really "your" club any zaidi than the fanpop Users club is "my" club.
