Should human/vampire hybrids in Twilight have been just as strong as Newborns in Twilight Saga?

IMO, they should be because of the HUMAN BLOOD in their bodies, and it is that blood that makes Wanyonya damu strong (and Newborns the strongest), if I read the vitabu correctly (though it has been awhile since I read them). Perhaps the most common answer is that Meyer just messed up big time as a writer for this series, but aside from that answer, what else do wewe guys think?

Hybrids are only half Wanyonya damu filled with human blood. They are half human, and blood is not what makes a human stronger. A human with extra blood doesn't make them stronger than any other human.

I don't see how it would make sense for them to be the same.

They may be half-human,but Hybrids still have their vampire side, and blood does make a vampire stronger.

Yes, a vampire SIDE, not a full vampire with full vampire functions.

Her name is Lenna but she isn't mentioned in the vitabu au the sinema but she carries extra strength from her newborn father and it will stay with her until she stops growing so i guess thats the closest thing wewe can get.
