hujambo everybody, so I was watching Pocahontas this morning and I thought it was amazing as usual, but everytime I see it I can´t help myself from thinking about the sequel (which I know some people say is zaidi historicaly accurate, but who cares about that? I mean, it's Diney). No disrespect for those who do like the sequel. I'm not saying it's altogether bad, but the whole thing just seems a bit unnatural and rushed to me, considering the events of the first film. I'm just not feeling the chemistry between Rolfe and Pocahontas. Anyway, I came up with my own ending, for the sake of fun, and I´ll like to share it with you. Hope wewe like it.

So, the last thing we see is Pocahontas and John Rolfe sailing together into the horizon. A couple of months pass, and although they´re happy, Pocahontas hasn´t forgot John Smith, and Rolfe is starting to realize this, as she seems kind of moody lateley. They talk and Rolfe tells her that she will always have a special place in his heart, but that he realizes she only sees him as a friend. He tells her to think about it. Poahontas talks to his father, who tells her that sometimes the first path we choose is not the right one, but that we can always change our course, and he also tells her to listen to her heart. She goes looking for Rolfe, she hugs him and he understands this means goodbye, they agree to allways stay good Marafiki and she waves him goodbye as he sails in a ship, but she´s afraid that Smith has songesha on with his life, and she thinks it wouldn´t be fair for him to onyesha up out of nowhere and expect him to go back to her.

Back in London, Smith meets Rolfe and the port. Smith looks kinda of sad himself. He asks how Pocahontas is doing, and if she´s with Rolfe. Rolfe tells him that she´s ok, and that she´s probably back home, thinking about him. John looks at him confussed at first, but then he gets it (that they´re not together anymore). He thanks Rolfe, they shake hands and Smith runs to get ready to sail. Now to be fair, Rolf is not really a bad guy, so, she walks into a crowd and suddenly bumps into an english girl (you know the whole "oh sorry", "no, no, it was my fault") They look at each other, and the girls says:"John! is that you?", to which he answers: "Emily? (or some other name wewe prefer)Wow I haven´t seen wewe since we were like what? 8?". Emily: "How have wewe been?" And they keep talking as they disappear into the crowd. (We all know how thats going to end)

Back to our main plot, Smith arrives at Pocahontas´ land, he goes looking for her at her village. Pocahontas´father sees him, Smith respectfully asks him where is her daughter. Chief Powatan looks at him, smiles and tells him "She´s not here right now, but I believe wewe know just where to find her". Smith thanks him with a gesture au a smile au something. He runs to grandmother Willow´s place, and finds Pocahontas looking at her reflection in the water. He steps on a branch, Pocahontas turns around and sees him coming through the vines. They look at each other, she runs to him, they hug and put their hands together (as they did in the first movie). Grandmother Willow pushes Smith with one of her vines, and says something like: "What are wewe waiting for?" They kiss. Pocahontas takes him kwa the hand, they run through the forest up to the same (what was it a hill?, let´s call it a hill) kilima where she waved goodbye at him the first time. They look into the horizon, the wind blows, and they kiss as the camera zooms out. THE END.

On the eighth siku of Princess Walt Disney gave to me

Eight mice a-sewing

seven dwarves dancing
six sisters singing
five cursed friend

four braiding girls
three fairy spells
two lucky pals
and the wisdom of an old tree.

I guess I have to apologize...I did my best to create pages featuring the princesses as the sole centre of attraction, but with jimmy, hunitumia that is a little bit difficult because she is usually featured with Aladdin, rarely alone. I could have either found au created a picture of jimmy, hunitumia if I really wanted to, but I really liked this one and it just seemed to fit her the best. So I made...

On the Third siku of Princess Walt Disney gave to me,

Three fairy spells,
Two lucky pals,
and the wisdom of an old tree.

Another day, another page for the calendar. And unlike the last one, this one was kind of a headache for me. Remember a while back when I asked wewe which princess fits which months? Most of wewe felt that Merida belongs into autumn because of her red hair. Thing is: I already had three princesses for autumn. In addition, I don't think that Brave is actually set in fall, I think it is either spring au summer during the movie. So I hope that wewe are not too disappointed that I ended...

On the sekunde siku of Princess Walt Disney gave to me,
Two Lucky pals,
and the Wisdom of an old Tree

So as promised the sekunde siku of goodies with a new page for the calendar. I will, btw, pakia all the calendar pages separately in the image section of the spot once my 12 days of princesses are done, and all of them have been revealed. I am pondering if I should also create a version which has all pages on one big sheet. If there is any interest in this, please comment. Also, if someone wants a different seize for the karatasi za kupamba ukuta then the three I am already offering, I am open for request. Speaking...

It's typical of sequels to come out about 2 au 3 years after the first film. Sometimes, sequels come out the mwaka after the first one. However, Frozen 2 has come out 6 years after the first film. That's something it has in common with Alice Through the Looking Glass, which came out 6 years after the first film. Of course, the big the swali is if the wait was worth it. In this review, I will discuss how the two films compare to each other, as well as give my feelings on the premise and cast of characters.

Frozen 2 brings back the cast of the first film (excluding Prince Hans and the Duke...

Wow, ok. It's been five years (oh lordy) since I last wrote one of these, and with a new princess officially in the lineup I think it's high time I revisited my list. Let's do this.

12. Rapunzel

Uuuuuuuuuuuuugh Rapunzellllllllllllllllllll I really wish I liked her zaidi than I do. The funny thing is that I actually think she's a great character and she's also one of my most relatable DPs, but despite this she just doesn't do it for me. There are two primary reasons for this. Firstly, she is not a particularly believable character for me. Seriously, no one would be that socially well-rounded after...

Out of the entire princess lineup, only three of them were the biggest part of my childhood. cinderella was sorta part of my childhood but mainly the Brandi Norwood version because I preferred that one over the animated version. And I’m not counting Rapunzel because her movie came out when I was almost an adult.

3. Mulan

A lot of wewe might know that Mulan is my inayopendelewa princess and she’s been number 1 on my orodha for years. I was 5 years old when I watched her movie on tape and I remember being so in upendo with her and the movie immediately. Mulan was one of the biggest feminist ikoni in my...

This is a movie I'm really not looking mbele to watching. I don't mind watching sequels because I used to upendo them so much when I was a kid but Mulan is one of my all-time inayopendelewa sinema ever and this sequel is like on a Maleficent level of ruining original characters.

Tonight's rewatch: Mulan 2
Last time watched: 2005-2006

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
I saw the commercial for this movie when I was 11 and I was excited because, again, Mulan is one of my all-time inayopendelewa movies. I didn't actually watch the movie until I was 13 au 14 because I was starting middle school when this...

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
I loved this movie when I was a kid! Mulan, both the movie and the character, was actually one of the reasons I became a feminist and why I upendo badass women (kinda why I don't 100% blame the revival era for people hating princesses who find upendo au aren't "kickass"). I used to sing the songs all the time when I was a kid and I loved any merch I could get (which wasn't a lot). I still have my stuffed Cri-Kee that...

Hello everyone! This is the first of many makala soon to come and I hope wewe enjoy kusoma this just as much as I did uandishi it :)

For each makala I will write about;

4. Movie (will the movie be higher on my orodha au lower?)

5. Rating

6. How much has my opinion changed?

Tonight's rewatch: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Last time watched: 2001 (seriously, how can I consider myself a Disney Princess shabiki if I waited THIS LONG to watch this...

This review was originally ilitumwa months zamani but I deleted it because......I was gonna use it for a school assignment and I didn't wanna leave this up so my lecturer could tafuta and accuse me of plagiarism. lmao

Anyway, I ended up not using it and I decided to put it back up.

So right off the bat, I have to say that this movie is very.....average. It honestly feels like a tv episode padded out with songs to make it feature length. Moana is a likable enough character, I can almost pinpoint exact moments where she's like awali Disney female protagonists like Ariel, Pocahontas, Mulan and Rapunzel...
