Trumpets erupted from inside the ngome walls as Ariel's carriage drove through the metal gates. Ariel stuck her head out of the window.
"Can wewe believe it? I'm actually home!"
Eric touched her hand gently. "Honey, it's windy, you'll catch a cold."
Ariel reluctantly sat back inside. "Ooh, I'm gonna ask Char if I could be in charge of the make-up..."
"Don't get in over your head, Mom," Melody warned.
Ariel ignored her. "And Belle, Snow, and I could be the bridesmaids! And Mel could be the maua, ua girl!"
"Moooom," Melody whined. "It's Uncle Char's wedding. Shouldn't he get to decide?"
"But, I am the sekunde oldest, and therefore I should get a say of what the dresses should look like."
Melody looked to her father for help. Eric shrugged. "There's no stopping your mother."
Ariel raised an eyebrow at Eric. "How do wewe think Char would feel when Prince gets there?"
"What do wewe mean?" Eric asked.
"You know," Ariel prompted. "Charming really didn't like it when Prince proposed marriage to Snow White at only thirteen years old."
"But wewe were only sixteen years old when we were married," Eric added.
"But he knew wewe would take care of me!" Ariel protested. "Charming doesn't trust Prince that much."
"I like Uncle Prince. He's a nice guy," Melody interrupted their conversation.
"Melody, what did I tell wewe about butting in on adult conversations?" Ariel scolded.
Melody sighed. "To mind my own business, no matter how juicy they are." She continued scribbling into her journal.
"What are wewe drawing?" Eric leaned over toward her book.
Melody snapped it shut. "Nothing," she alisema quickly.
"I wanna see it!" her mother begged.
Melody groaned and gave it to her. "It's just a book of drawings. Nothing special."
Ariel flipped through the pages, wide-eyed. "These are gorgeous, Mel...who taught you?"
Melody blushed. "Grandpa hired some artist named Rapunzel to give me private lessons."
"I know Rapunzel," Ariel mused. She reached the page Melody is working on. "This looks...familiar. It's Charming--when he was a kid. Is that a meadow?"
Melody nodded, and pointed at her uncle. "Uncle Char used to tell me a funny story about when the two of wewe were in the meadow and wewe went chasing after grasshoppers."
Ariel gasped. "He told wewe that?!"
Melody laughed. "I was going to add wewe in it, before wewe took it..."
Ariel smiled and handed it back. "That's nice, Melody."

Prince and Snow White were playing a game of tug-of-war with the map of Snow White's home.
"I studied maps for five years!" shouted Prince as he struggled to get the map back to his side.
"I lived there for THIRTEEN YEARS!" Snow White screamed at him. She clenched her fists tightly on the map.
"Let go of the map!" Prince yelled.
"You first!" Snow White gripped the reins of the farasi pulling the carriage, for she had accidentally knocked the driver out of his seat.
And for the first time in her marriage, she wondered if her brother was actually right.

Belle held Adam's hand as they walked up the steps to the prepration room. It was shaking violently, and Adam noticed.
"Are wewe nervous?" he asked.
Belle smiled meekly. "Nervous? I'm meeting my brother! I--well--what?" She reddened at her stammering.
Adam laughed. "For a bookworm, wewe run out of words quickly."
They both entered the preparation room, finding themselves shadowed kwa a pretty tall wedding cake.
"Belle!" Ariel squealed, squeezing her younger sister.
Belle laughed and hugged her back. "Long time, no see, sis. Where's Snow?"
Ariel shrugged. "They're not here yet." She towed Belle toward the wedding cake, where they found Charming laughing along with Eric and a red-haired woman.
Charming grinned brightly when he spotted Belle. "Bells!" he hugged her tightly, then let go. "Belle, Adam, meet my bride-to-be." He put an arm around the red-haired woman.
The woman bowed. "Nice to meet you, Your Highness, my name is Anastasia."
Belle looked at her closely. She wasn't very pretty, she noticed.
Charming would never have married someone like this, she thought.
She looked deeply into her brother's eyes. There were green specks clouding over his chokoleti brown pupils.
"Char, are wewe okay?" She felt her hand shaking again.
Charming raised an eyebrow. "Of course I am!"
She touched his face. "Your eyes are...green..."
"What?" he took her hand away from his face.
And from that point, Belle thought something had gone wrong.
1. Her brother was going to marry a flat chested redhead, when he distinctly swore he would never marry such a woman.
2. His eyes were green, instead of brown.
Belle didn't think something had gone wrong.
She knew.
"Belle didn't think something had gone wrong. She knew."
"Belle didn't think something had gone wrong. She knew."
