Princess Lineup (as of Dec. 2013)
Princess Lineup (as of Dec. 2013)
Hello, and welcome to my sekunde article! I am ApplesauceDoctr, and today I shall discuss the redesigns of the Disney Princesses made earlier this year. There have been some major changes, including new hairstyles, new dresses, and of course, a ton of sparkles. How do their new designs stack up to their original DP designs? Let's find out!

I won't be evaluating these kwa how accurate the redesigns look to the actual character to the movie; this will evaluate how the redesign looks in comparison to the awali DP design. If that doesn't make sense, let's just begin and you'll get the hang of it. ;D

Merida won't be included in this countdown because although she lacks much resemblance to her original character, she is a new addition and we have yet to see her DP character redesigned.

10. Cinderella
Cinderella's redesign was probably the most altered of all the princesses. Her hairstyle has changed - instead of that strange updo she had originally, it looks like a zaidi realistic bun and she has one loose strand of hair. Her dress has gone from a pale blue/light blue to a very BRIGHT shade of blue. It is accompanied kwa embroidery patterns on the bottom, new sleeves, and, of course, many sparkles. Sparkles can also be found on her hairband.
This "new" Cinderella, while pretty, doesn't have much resemblance to the awali ubunifu for cinderella au even to the original character in the movie. The change of hairstyle and dress makes her quite different. In addition, her face looks a little different, particularly the eyes.

9. Mulan
Mulan also underwent some drastic changes. Her face looks really different - it just doesn't look like Mulan anymore. Her hairstyle has seemed to have gotten longer with a few loose strands of hair.
A lot has changed about her dress - there are MANY new embroidery patterns all over, and once again, many sparkles. The green sleeves have gotten longer, and the red ribbon-like accessory extends to the bottom of the dress.
This hardly looks like Mulan (from the movie) au even her awali design. So much has changed about her, from her hairstyle and face to her signature dress.

8. Pocahontas
Deary me, Pocahontas has gotten several new accessories that she doesn't look quite the same. The reason she isn't any lower is because wewe can still recognize her, even with these accessories. Speaking of which, let's talk about them.
I think the most obvious modification was the addition of viatu - boots, to be exact. Why Pocahontas would need boots as she's running around the forest, I haven't a clue. That's not all, though. Her dress has gotten longer and the color has slightly changed from a golden/beige color to a light beige. She now wears feathery earings and beads, and her signature blue mkufu is now a golden mkufu with blue jewels on it.
Her face also looks different - she doesn't look very happy with all of the accessories she has on. And aliyopewa the fact that she looks quite different from her awali design, I can't blame her.

7. Ariel
Oh my goodness, what happened to her dress?! That's a great question.
Ariel didn't wear a green dress in her movie; she was seen in a blue dress and a pink ballgown, but never a green one. Her dress was probably changed so that she could have zaidi resemblance to her mermaid form - she had a green mermaid tail, and this dress now recognizes that. Still, it isn't an accurate change. And she even has green shoes on. Ariel's hair is also different. It wasn't nearly as curly and wavy as it is now.
Thankfully, not much else has changed. Although Ariel is wearing a new dress and has a different hairstyle, she still looks like herself, which is why she isn't any lower on this list.

6. Jasmine
It's obvious Disney realized that jimmy, hunitumia isn't exactly one to wear dresses. So what do they do? Make her pants look as close to a dress as possible, of course!
Jasmine's tube juu and pants have gone from a pale blue/green to a bright blue/green. Most notably, though, her pants have been accompanied with a long skirt-like accessory to cover up the fact that she wears pants, and her juu now has some similar sleeves.
Her hair is different. It doesn't quite have the same volume - it just looks weaker. Notice that the tip of her ponytail isn't a curl anymore; it just kind of ends. Like Cinderella, she has a loose strand of hair.
wewe know what I think is even worse than makig her pants look like a dress? Making jimmy, hunitumia look so much younger! Her face just doesn't look the same and makes her look far younger than she did before. And that, my friends, is possibly the worst thing Disney could do.

5. Belle
Much like Ariel, Belle's hair has gotten much zaidi curly and wavy. It looks kind of nice, but it is different from her original hairstyle. It appears as though Belle is wearing some makeup, too.
But the most obvious change is her dress - at first it was pretty yellow, but now it looks zaidi golden. The lower part of the dress now has some embroidery in the shape of roses (which makes sense) and sparkles.
While Belle has gone under some changes, she still looks (somewhat) like herself.

4. Aurora
While I don't think Aurora's awali ubunifu even looked like her character from the movie, her redesign doesn't look too different from that awali design. Her hair seems a little glossier and yellow. Her dress has a bit of a different shade of pink, but to be quite honest, this new pink matches the pink dress she wears in the movie better than that awali pink did. And of course, there are zaidi sparkles.

3. Snow White
Snow White...where do I begin? Well, like Aurora, her hair seems glossier and her hairband seems to have gone from red to sparkly pink. Also sparkly is her dress, which is a treasure trove of sparkles.
The torso of the dress is a brighter blue with some embroidery, and the red...thingies on the sleeves have also become pink (to match the hairband). Snow White's skirt, upindo is a far brighter yellow and, once again, has embroidery and sparkles.
I think the problem here was Snow White getting an excessive makeover of sparkles, brighter colors, and patterns. But still, she looks like herself, even with all of this excessive-ness.

2. Rapunzel
Rapunzel, being the most modern princess to have a redesign, looks almost the same. However, there are a few changes. I believe that her dress is a slightly different shade of purple than it was before, and if wewe couldn't notice the sparkles, then wewe should notice them now. The only other change was adding some embroidery to the bottom of the skirt, but besides these, Rapunzel looks almost the same.

1. Tiana
I would hardly say that Tiana's redesign looks inaccurate - the most notable change was the addition of sparkles, but it fits her really well! If I remember correctly, in the film, her green dress had plenty of sparkles, so this is not a bad change.
Tiana's dress and hairstyle practically remained untouched, and that my Marafiki brings her to the juu of this list.

Merida
While I can't judge Merida's ubunifu (this is only her first one), she was not included in this countdown. But that doesn't mean we can't talk about her!
She looks much zaidi feminine than the title character from the movie, but even so Merida seems to fit into the lineup just fine.

 Merida
Merida

From these redesigns, the addition of embroidery and sparkles are most commonly seen for all of the princesses. Some princesses have dress changes, others have new hairstyles, and still others just look like they had some plastic surgery. Are these bad changes? Not always, but they don't necessarily resemble their characters anymore. Oh well. Should Disney choose to redesign these princesses again (perhaps if Anna and Elsa join?) we'll be able to perform this countdown again. :D

Well, I thank wewe for kusoma my sekunde article! Do wewe agree with any of these placements? Are there any changes wewe would make to the list? How do wewe think these princesses have changed? If wewe have any comments, please feel free to respond below!

So I'm also doing this with Divergent factions, and although I'm a shabiki of both, I am an absolute Potterhead, so I will probably enjoy doing this one more. I will go house kwa house and explain why each Disney Princess would be in (in my opinion). This also includes Anna, Elsa and Moana!

Gryffindor

First we have the house where Harry Potter himself was in, and also me! But nobody cares about me. Gryffindors are characterized kwa bravery and recklessness. Pride is also a trait, and many Gryffindors have confidence, not all, but most. These are basically the most brave and biggest risk-takers....

My inayopendelewa princess orodha has been change in some placement since I wrote link several months ago. I was inspired with link, so I would include Anna, Elsa, and Moana too in my list. Although they aren't official, but the zaidi the merrier!
Okay, here's my latest inayopendelewa Disney Princess list:

Bottom 5

14. Jasmine

She’s still on my least favorite, ever. I don’t get what’s so special about her, all other Princesses at least have their own uniqueness, except for her. She’s nothing zaidi than a princess who was forced to marry, and again it’s really common. She shown sassiness but just...

Hi guys, since I had done a kura ya maoni earlier, now it's my turn to write down 3 motivational songs and the reasons why.

1) Let It Go (Frozen)

Since this song has been overplayed, I'm very glad that Disney release an international version and it became an international anthem! It teaches me to let all of my anxieties go, and this is why I always listen in the car while driving sometimes.

2) Strong (Cinderella)

The other song that I love, it motivates me to write down the singers who sang Let It Go and onyesha it to them on their Facebook. I was very happy that some of them thanked me for it!

3) How Far I'll Go (Moana)

As Belle says, I want adventure in the great wide somewhere, so this is how the song inspires me to travel around the world on my own!

Get Inspired!

So here are my reasons on why these 3 songs are motivational, do wewe agree?

Hi guys, so basically this orodha is about the princess's favourite Korean Pop Songs if they're organising a Disco Party.

1) Sorry, Sorry (Super Junior)

This song is very catchy that I could not get it out of my head! Definitely the best Disco muziki ever.

2) Hallelujah (Big Bang)

Taken from the maarufu 2009 Korean drama, Iris. This song actually suits Tiana and Naveen, I feel.

3) Oppa Gangnam Style (Psy)

The most maarufu dance that took the world kwa storm back in 2012, this will definitely the other choice for a disco.

4) Gentlemen (Psy)

The sekunde single from Psy, I watched a video with the Frozen cast dancing to this song. Go check it out!

5) Mr Simple (Super Junior)

Another song that I grew a liking on, it is another catchy song in fact I hope to download their album soon if I'm lucky.

Check Them Out!

Only 5 songs make it through the cut, anymore suggestions?

Woooow guys it's been like a mwaka since I ilitumwa an makala on here au was even active at all. But we really wanted to do this again because we had so much fun link

I'm doing this with four different users (one of which isn't even here anymore but she’s amazing so {< she added that}): _CatWoman_, Hajirah4, Sk8er__grl, and misscindyspice. This is the average of our sinema rankings (including Moana, I know it hasn't been officially added yet, but still).

Enjoy! Keep in mind that we're a little bit crazy. It was the middle of the night and I had a ton of ice cream, come on.

 Princess for Spain?
Princess for Spain?
Okay, my Korean Princess Appearance made it to the front page. Now, many of wewe are dying to see a Hispanic princess in the line-up. So, here are my personal choices on how she looks like!

1) Ly Jonaitis (Venezuela, 2nd runner-up in Miss Universe 2007)

When I first saw her in 2007, I thought that she looks pretty idealistic for a princess. Especially her appearance, unfortunately my opinion changes because she looks a bit old. Unless if Disney have 2 Hispanic princess and Ly will play the elderly sister.

2) Amelia Vega (Dominican Republic, Miss Universe 2003 winner)

She is actually my number...

 1. Coronation dress
1. Coronation dress
We won't let it go that's for certain. My final Disney princess is Queen Elsa from Frozen. She may only have two outfit's in the film, but I will discuss each in detail.

1. Coronation Dress
Her dress is teal with flowers on the bottom and the bodice, a black long sleeved blouse, a long purple cape, blue gloves and a golden tiara. I feel that Anna's dress is better as it's zaidi fun and prettier it's zaidi colourful. However Elsa's dress reflects well on she is as a person so I do like it, but not as much as Anna's. 7/10

2. Snow Queen Dress
It's a simple dress, a long crystallised blue dress made...

Now it's on to my least favourite princess Merida. I've never seen Brave but I feel that she is strict and quite horrible at times. However we are here to discuss her outfits but before we begin, there is just one Rapunzel dress I forgot to mention that is her pink dress she wears with short hair il explain that quickly.

1. Rapunzel pink dress
WI think short hair rapunzel wears a smarter, prettier all pink dress. Like Auroras formal dress except with zaidi features such as flowers on the dress and really nice Tiara to wear I feel that this is a better dress than her first dress she wears. 9/10...

 Hello Merida.
Hello Merida.
Since I had watched both movies, here are my thoughts on both sinema since they're both Celtic and centres around motherly love.

Quest for Camelot

I started watching this film back in 2007, and I was quite amazed that the song 'The Prayer' because I did not know that this song was originally from this movie! The story-line was just like our typical Disney Princess movie but overall, I feel bad for Garrett and I'm glad that the movie shows zaidi sympathy for him.
The songs reminded of the Lion King where we have an antagonist having their own theme song and a song for the main character as sung...

I started this makala "series" almost a mwaka ago, but abandoned my fandoms for a while (very sorry to the people who were looking mbele to it), but now I'm back and want to continue the makala (hopefully consistently), please enjoy!

If any of wewe are familiar with character stylization au really art in general wewe might like this article. I'm talking about character stylization in the sense that when the artist is also the mwandishi of the character's personality and has written out their every thought in simply the way they are designed. This can also be called "interpreted art" as anyone...

hujambo guys, I'm back with yet another makala in my series! This will be another short one, since there aren't very many purple outfits in the DP lineup. So sad, since purple is my inayopendelewa color. I hope wewe guys enjoyed it!

5. Ariel's purple seashells

I wasn't expecting this to be the first outfit eliminated, so imagine my surprise when the vast majority of mashabiki voted for it! Most users seemed to think it doesn't really count as an outfit since it's basically just a bra. Personally I really like how Ariel looks in this - it's such a classic mermaid look!

Alright guys, this article's going to be one of the longer ones in this series, if not the longest. There are so many blue outfits among the DPs! I'm also really regretting not including the blue-green outfits in the green countdown instead of this one, because it ended up being so long, but oh well. I hope wewe enjoyed it anyway!

Cheer up, Beast.
Hi guys, I remember that a few months ago. I wrote about Gerard Butler playing the beast, so here are my other choices, including Butler himself and my reasons why. So, here we go!

1. Joaquin Phoenix

I saw video clips of him in the 2000 film, Quills. Which I think it set around the same time as Beauty and the Beast, I personally think that he's the perfect candidate for the character.

2. Patrick Wilson

This musical theatre veteran had play in maarufu musicals, in the likes of Carousel, Oklahoma and as Raoul in the 2004 Phantom of the Opera. He serenades us with his imba and is also a perfect...
