Side note: When I mean smart, I'm talking about how much knowledge they have and how logical their thinking is.

3. Elsa

I guess this might surprise people, but it seems perfectly logical to me. Elsa has a lot of knowledge (as revealed in "A Sister zaidi Like Me"). She spent hours a siku studying while she was inside her bedroom. Also, she's 21. I think Mulan HAS to be the most tactical and logical thinking of all the girls. She knows how to win battles, despite the fact she is aliyopewa no training.
