This is what I think Merida's princess orodha would be if she were shabiki of Disney Princesses. We will never know for certain what Merida's princess orodha would be, but we can make general assumptions. I think while some of wewe may not agree with every placement, the general ranking of who would be at the bottom, middle , and juu of her orodha will be the same in all of our opinions:) Thanks to wavesurf for helping me out!

10. Aurora

Predictably, Merida wouldn't have a taste for the classic princesses. Aurora would likely be in last place. Merida's main gripe against Aurora would be that she let herself be taken kwa the vichimbakazi back to the ngome and never tried to fight for what she wanted. She wouldn't see it as a noble sacrifice, rather Aurora just lacking a backbone. Aside from this, Aurora mainly sings about romance and wanting someone and wanders in the forest without any plans of action which would really get on Merida's nerves.

9. Snow White

Like Aurora, Snow White sings about wanting her prince and just waits for him to come. Merida would be frustrated that Snow White doesn't try to fight against the Evil Queen au make an attempt to stand up for herself. Snow White would also remind Merida of the perfect princess that she is supposed to be-delicate, dainty, and passive. Merida would only like her zaidi than Aurora because she's a little zaidi take charge and active, but not kwa much.

8. Cinderella

The main reason why cinderella would be above Snow White and Aurora is that she isn't as romance focused as the prior two princesses, and also makes some efforts to chase her dreams. She wouldn't care for the fact that cinderella was rescued kwa the mice and the prince, and mainly would grow impatient that cinderella never talks back to her stepfamily, but she would have some understanding of why.

7. Belle

Merida wouldn't have a dislike for Belle like she does her bottom 3, but she wouldn't like that Belle laments living in the town but doesn't run away, and she would probably implore Belle to escape the Beast's ngome instead of keeping her promise. She wouldn't necessarily dislike Belle, but not have a fondness for her calm and proper demeanor. She would admire how Belle talks back to the Beast and especially appreciate how Belle constantly rejects Gaston, even to the end.

6. Tiana

Merida would like that Tiana mainly cares for building a restaurant and has zero interest in finding romance (at first) -- and yes, would also like that Tiana is a cooking aliyopewa Mer's fondenss for food. Merida would upendo the passion that Tiana puts into her work ethic and recipes, but may find Tiana a bit of a stuffed shirt. Once Naveen becomes involved in the story, however, Merida's opinion on Tiana would become less favorable.

5. Rapunzel

I think Rapunzel is where Merida would start to upendo the princesses. Merida would upendo Rapunzel defying Gothel, and would relate to the oppressive mother storyline (although she wouldn't really compare Elinor to Gothel), and maybe even realize how much worse Rapunzel had it than her. She would enjoy the story of Rapunzel finally leaving her tower and chasing after a dream that doesn't seem particularly important. She may, however, find Rapunzel to be too naive, insecure, and hesistant to place her any higher; she may also find her too excitable and hyperactive.

4. Jasmine

Merida would upendo that jimmy, hunitumia is so up front and demanding of what she wants. She would adore that jimmy, hunitumia doesn't let herself be treated as a prize because she's a princess, that she calls Aladin on his lies, and that she always has a witty comeback au snappy remark. Merida would admire Jasmine's tenacity, longing for freedom, and refusal to get married unless it's for love. The only downside to Jas for Mer would be how she is less active and decisive than her juu 3 princesses. jimmy, hunitumia breaks out of the ngome one time and doesn't succeed in staying free.

3. Ariel

Merida and Ariel have a lot in common besides the wild ruby curls. Both have parents they feel are oppressing them, both make a risky deal with a witch, both aren't living up to the standards and rules their parents want them to. She would literally upendo every damn thing about Ariel exCEPT that Ariel sold her voice to Ursula AFTER Eric. She would want Ariel to have done that before she met Eric. Mer simply is not interested in romance at this point in her life.

2. Pocahontas

Mer would like Poca for her authenticity and her defiance towards tradition, and seeking another path. She would upendo that Pocahontas isn't pressured kwa others to do anything besides what she wants to do, and that she is able to empower others to change their minds as well. Mer would like that Pocahontas enjoys a lot of physical risks like kayaking down rivers and jumping off of cliffs, and has a passion for being outside in nature.

Mulan
Merida would have a strong connection to Mulan. They both have incredibly close relationships with their father, are highly skilled at various weapons, and both feel troubled because they don't live up to their parents' expectations-- she would especially understand Mulan's pain in being forced to marry. Merida would also adore that Mulan doesn't fit into traditional gender au societal roles, and that she saves all of China through her intellect, risk taking, and physical prowess.
 Loving this movie.

Okay, I was watching the 2012 version of Les Miserables last night and I had seen the 2015 reboot of cinderella last month. Both sinema have a common theme with each other: Forgiveness. The characters also play a similar traits to each other.

Cinderella

While watching this movie last month, I keep thinking that the story reminds me of Les Miserables! Aside from the same filming location of France, certain scenes and characters remind of some characters from Les Miserables.
For example, during the scene after Lady Tremaine and the 2 stepsisters called Ella kwa her trademark name, Cinderella. The...

13. Anna

Anna-banana is cute, but I just like the others more. :P

12. Cinderella

I don't like how cinderella doesn't really stand up for herself! Yeah she shows a good work ethic, but damn girl! Put that backbone to good USE! That being said, she's really pretty except for her hair during the ball. Like what is UP with that headband??

A while ago, I did a kura ya maoni series called "A Movie Staring Disney Princesses" , deciding what roles Disney Princesses would play in a movie (results are down below. And then I ilitumwa a forum, deciding plots. Although I did decide most of the plot, many people helped me get started and got the plot going in my head, so I can't take all the credit. Thank wewe to those who participated- whether wewe helped in the forum, voted in the kura za maoni au both, and I'm sorry for the long wait. This will take place in a few parts- I don't know how many exactly, but I estimate four-five.

hujambo there! I'm isabellagirl033 and as wewe all are well aware cinderella has been adapted many times into live-action sinema though only some manage to truely be a hit. I'm going to break down some of my favourite portrayals into my juu 5.

5. Hillary Duff, A cinderella Story
Despite it's cringe-worthiness and lack of loyalty to it's source, I still managed to enjoy the movie. Tween ikoni Hillary Duff is the last thing that comes into my mind when I think of cinderella but she made a convincing one at that. I think this spot goes to Hillary Duff mostly due to...

I have already done this, a few months zamani actually and I decided to do it again. My opinion has changed a lot, because a lot of people have made good points and so many of these good points have changed my opinion quite s bit.

13. Aurora

It's not so much that I dislike her, it's just I found her kind of bland in her movie. She was boring, though I enjoyed her sweet personality. I get she had to sleep, it was simply a part of her story, but I just didn't get to know her much. I know it sounds kind of unfair, but I find it hard to place her higher.

12. Pocahontas

I don't dislike her...

Who do wewe choose? Live-action reboot au Animated???
Who do you choose? Live-action reboot or Animated???
So, since Disney has release 2 live-action reboots of their Disney classic animated feature. Here is what I think about which movie is better, as well as their animated counterparts.

Cinderella (1950 & 2015)

I would definitely go for the live-action version, as mentioned in my awali articles. Ella has zaidi personality compare to her animated counterpart, and of course, less screen-time for the mice.
However, no Bruno the dog! Also, no songs in it. I wish it was, but on the other hand, the producers and Kenneth Brannagh didn't want the movie to be to close to its original 1950 animated...

Hi guys, since Frozen has took the world kwa storm, this makala is basically about my initial impressions about the story-line, the songs and music, as well as the art and characters' designs back in 2003, 10 years before the movie that took the world kwa storm.

The Story

When I first heard that Disney was going to adapt the Snow Queen, my first impression was that it was going to be faithful towards the original story kwa Hans Christian Anderson. Secondly, I thought that it was about 2 sisters who one of them discover to have ice powers, according to a prophecy, were separated since they were...

Hi everyone!

In this article, I’m going to compare two sinema from the Disney Revival, one revolving around a Lost princess with magical golden hair, and the other revolving around two sisters, one of whom is a Queen with ice powers.

Part A.    Which is the "better" movie?

Tangled has a zaidi cohesive plot and seems to me to have deeper characters that interact superbly with each other. Emotions and thoughts were successfully conveyed with an abundance of facial expressions. The hair uhuishaji was astounding, but the skin and eyes could sometimes seem plastic-like au lifeless....

12) The Princess and the Frog
I'm not positive but I think this has a somewhat large fanbase on Fanpop? Even if it doesn't, I don't think that I'll ever adore this film. I'll start with the positives. I upendo Down in New Orleans and basically the whole beginning. When Tiana is human, it's actually very entertaining. I adore Lottie, and it just is, for lack of better word, better during this part of the film. It's funnier and much, much less obnoxious. I like Facilier and Tiana and Naveen is hilarious at times, but the sekunde half of the film...oh lord. It's so annoying...half the time I can't...

This is my ranking of the princes. This is probably going to be one of my harder makala so please don't be rude.

12. Hans- I can't even describe how much I dislike this character. I hate the idea that the handsome prince has to be a jerk. One of the things I really hate about Frozen is that it mocks the upendo at first sight of the Walt era princess films. Yes wewe don't marry a guy wewe just met but I think most people are smart enough to know that, it's just common sense, yes there is no such thing as upendo at first sight but that's because they're fairytales and fairytales aren't suppose to...

“Rapunzel” is the kind of story that consistently ranks highly in people’s lists of their inayopendelewa fairy tales. With a dramatic plot, interesting characters, symbolic motifs, and the underlying theme of the redeeming power of love, the tale certainly seems to deserve such adoration. Grimm’s version of the story is perhaps the most known retelling,
 Grimm's Rapunzel
Grimm's Rapunzel
although that may have changed as of 2010 with Disney’s adaptation, Tangled, a movie just as rife with symbolism as its literary inspiration. Although both are variations on the Rapunzel narrative, Disney’s movie veers...

I, myself only knew 8 out of 24. Who knows, wewe might know zaidi than me au know less than me. Either way enjoy kusoma and absorb the knowledge!

Trivia

1) Art director Brian McEntee color-keyed Belle so that she is the only person in her town who wears blue. This is symbolic of how different she is from everyone else around. Later, she encounters the Beast, another misfit, also wearing blue and with blue eyes. It symbolized good in the film whereas red symbolized evil (the color of Gaston's shati is red). A notable exception to this code is Gaston's blue eyes - making him the only Disney villain...
