Well, what can I say. I'm bored at work, and thought about uandishi a little bit about my inayopendelewa princesses, so here they are...

9. Mulan
I don’t hate Mulan; I just like the others better. I admire her for her bravery and strength. She sacrificed herself to save her Father; that’s upendo people. My inayopendelewa line from her movie is “The greatest gift and honor... is having wewe for a daughter”. It is such a loving and powerful line.
Who is that girl I see?
Who is that girl I see?

8. Snow White
Snow White is so innocent and sweet, how can wewe not adore her? I upendo her sweet spirit and the fact that she keeps on staying positive, even though her Stepmother wants her dead. She has such a cheery disposition. My inayopendelewa line from her movie, is “Why Grumpy…you do care”.
 Fairest of all
Fairest of all

7. Aurora
With the dhahabu of sunshine in her hair and lips that shame the red rose, Aurora is the most beautiful Princess in my opinion. I upendo her, and she would probably be much higher on my orodha if she had zaidi screen time in her movie. pink is my inayopendelewa color, but I prefer her in the blue gown. I just upendo the scene of her and Phillip dancing around the forest; it is so romantic. I don’t have a inayopendelewa line…but I upendo it when she sings “I Wonder”.
 I know you...
I know you...

6. Tiana
The spunky hardworking Princess is one of my favorites. At first I didn’t think I would like her au her movie. But I have to admit that I was very impressed. I upendo that she has goals and is doing everything in her power to achieve them. My inayopendelewa line is “She is my Evangeline”.
 Almost there...
Almost there...

5. Jasmine
I really like Princess Jasmine. She is beautifully drawn. I upendo her look; her hair, her curves, her outfits…I like that she is stubborn sometimes; it makes her realistic. I always wanted a bedroom like hers when I was little! My inayopendelewa line is “At least some good will come of my being forced to marry. When I am Queen, I will have the power to get rid of *you*.” She is pure sass!
 Arabian beauty.
Arabian beauty.

4. Pocahontas
She is considered “plain” compared to the other glamorous Princesses, but I like that about her. She is natural. I upendo her long hair and how it is always blowing graciously around her. The romance between her and John Smith is one of my favorites. I don’t really have a inayopendelewa line, but my inayopendelewa part of the movie is when they first meet. It is so dramatic and epic.
 If I never knew you...
If I never knew you...

3. Ariel
The fun loving, adventurous redhead has made her way back into my heart. She was lower on my list, b/c I remember her being childish…but I recently watched her movie, and I had a change of heart! I upendo her ambitious, determined spirit. My inayopendelewa scene is when she first “officially” meets Prince Eric.
 Watch and you'll see...
Watch and you'll see...

2. Belle
I have always loved Belle. Her movie came out when I was about 5 au 6. I felt connected to her, b/c we had the same color hair and eyes. I have always loved her. Even her looks change throughout the movie (due to the animators), I still find her to be extremely lovely! My inayopendelewa line is when the Beast is dying and she whispers “I upendo you” with a tear rolling down her rosy cheek. It gives me the chills EVERYTIME.
 Ever a surprise.
Ever a surprise.

1. Cinderella
cinderella was the first movie ever purchased for me. I was 3 years old. I quickly became obsessed with her. I had every line memorized! I would watch it, and wait very impatiently as it was rewinding (this was waaaaay before DVD’s to all wewe youngin’s out there!). I’m surprised the tape lasted. My parents took me to Disney World when I turned 5. I was so upset that I didn’t get to meet Cinderella. Back then in the late 80’s they didn’t have meet and greets with the Princesses, just Mickey. Minnie and that crew. BUT I got to see her castle. WOW. I upendo cinderella because even though life dealt her a hard hand, she keeps on trucking along and believing in her dreams and that they will one siku come true. She never gave up hope, and she eventually got her “happily ever after”, which is what we all want, right?

12) The Princess and the Frog
I'm not positive but I think this has a somewhat large fanbase on Fanpop? Even if it doesn't, I don't think that I'll ever adore this film. I'll start with the positives. I upendo Down in New Orleans and basically the whole beginning. When Tiana is human, it's actually very entertaining. I adore Lottie, and it just is, for lack of better word, better during this part of the film. It's funnier and much, much less obnoxious. I like Facilier and Tiana and Naveen is hilarious at times, but the sekunde half of the film...oh lord. It's so annoying...half the time I can't...

“Rapunzel” is the kind of story that consistently ranks highly in people’s lists of their inayopendelewa fairy tales. With a dramatic plot, interesting characters, symbolic motifs, and the underlying theme of the redeeming power of love, the tale certainly seems to deserve such adoration. Grimm’s version of the story is perhaps the most known retelling,
 Grimm's Rapunzel
Grimm's Rapunzel
although that may have changed as of 2010 with Disney’s adaptation, Tangled, a movie just as rife with symbolism as its literary inspiration. Although both are variations on the Rapunzel narrative, Disney’s movie veers...

12. Pocahontas's Winter Outfit Without Cape

This outfit despite it's low placement...

After seeing Sweetie94's prettiest Disney princess list, I wanted to make one of mine as well. I'm not really a shabiki of the beauty of modern princesses, I find them rather too doll types, somehow. So they are all ranking low on my list. Hope you'll enjoy it, here it goes:

13. Elsa:
Eh, are her eyes for real? Way too big on her face and her lips are so thin. She does have that barbie doll kind of look to her. She has an unbalanced face proportion, her upper portion of face is too big as compared to the lower portion and that gives her an unnatural look, imo. I quite like her hair though, snow blonde,...

Last time I wrote this orodha Brave and Frozen hadn't been released so now I'll write this orodha with them included, hope you'll like it

12. Pocahontas

This scene is amazing to look at, no wonder many people loves this ending, but why is it then last on my list? While it's an amazing scene to look at it isn't a happy ending, normally I don't mind it, but Disney is known for making happy endings so honestly if this movie was made kwa another company and was live action I probably would upendo the ending more

11. Mulan

This ending starts off great with Mulan reuniting with her father and Shang...

So here is the Part 2 to my musical countdown: Scores. I upendo Disney muziki and I honestly upendo the scores over the songs. They have all of the "magic Disney" feel that I absolutely adore. Also, I upendo how the scores can provide a blend of the different songs from it's respective films as well as stir up all of the emotions and/or memories from it's respective scene(s). For those reasons, this orodha was much harder for me to make than Part 1: Songs, but I managed to finish! As I mentioned before, I cannot get enough from the musical team of Alan Menken and Howard...

So many times have I heard that Disney Princess sinema are for little girls who wish upon a fairy godmother, want to be rescued kwa a handsome prince and live happily ever after. This is so not true and doubt all those who have opinions like this, if they have ever watched any DP movie seriously. So here's my 5 reasons why adults should consider Disney Princess sinema as serious entertainment

5. uhuishaji Art:
Any adult who have serious interest in uhuishaji art will not only enjoy the ever-evolving uhuishaji style from Disney studio but will find that uhuishaji in these sinema are top-notch....

Ok so I saw a talented user here post an makala about the Bechdel Test and being the Walt geek that I am, was immediately inspired to do a Walt Disney Test.

Walt Disney was unfortunately only alive to fully see over the production and release of Snow White, Cinderella, and Sleeping Beauty which are known as the "Classic Princesses". For this reason, I took everything in common that I could find with these 3 princesses for relevancy to rate the others. The 14 commonalities I found were: 1.) Beautiful Face 2.) In Shape Body 3.) Soft/Sweet Speaking Voice 4.) imba Voice 5.) Dance Scene [Solo...

Tiana- The Under-rated

When Princess and the Frog came out it got people talking. Not only is Tiana a trailblazer for being the first African American Princess, but she was the first princess to independently have jobs and dedication to pursue a realistic career, I get that not every little girl dreams of having a business and they’d rather have the sparkly kanzu, gown but I had hopes that Tiana would inspire them to come up with realistic goals. But .......she was not as loved as I thought . Also , some people ( SOME ONLY ) dislike her for her color tone !!!!!!!

Mulan- The Very Underrated

Now , she...

What if all of the Disney Princesses were American and lived in American cities? Which ones would they choose to live in? (*Note, I comprised this orodha of where they would want to live as a free choosing adult, not where they would have been born and raised. That is another list.)

Snow White: Phoenix, Arizona
Because there is a large elderly population there so Snow could help them like she did the dwarves. She is also a conservative princess that I think would enjoy living out under the stars in a zaidi traditional place.

Cinderella: Minneapolis-St.Paul, Minnesota
Because it is a city rich...

What if all of the Disney Princesses were from American cities? Which ones would they be from? (*Note, I comprised this orodha of where they would be born and raised from not where they would be most suited as a free choosing adult. That is another list.)

Snow White: Portland, Oregon
Because it has a very friendly and comfortable environment. Snow was very naïve and very trusting, it would make sense if she grew up in a salama place like this.

Cinderella: Dallas, Texas
Because it is very conservative and traditional. There are zaidi gender roles so it would make zaidi sense why cinderella took...
