By far! And I don't get it when people say the animated Aurora is supposedly bland and boring, but praise the live action one for being interesting and having "more personality"! The original Aurora is so much more appealing as a character, in my opinion.

By far!!!! The other one has more screentime but no personality whatsoever.

By far. She's more charming. The other one is just generically nice and doesn't offer anything interesting. She's even worst placed in the "feminist-reimagining" of Sleeping Beauty, so among the active Maleficent she sticks out like a sore thumb.

I hated Maleficent as a whole, including their re-imagining of Aurora. Elle Fanning as Aurora had none of the charm, mystery, or sophistication of the original, and instead replaced it all with a constant bland smile.

She absolutely did not have "more personality" than Briar Rose.

Lol here I am still waiting to hear how ElleRose has "more personality". Not once has a single person explained how. They just don't like Aurora is all, but don't want to be honest and admit it so they act like this horrible reimaging is superior. Liking her more is one thing but more personality? None.

Elle is already a flat actor (usually, imo) but even with a better one this Aurora has no real personality at all. Even if she did, certainly no more than RealRose does. Aurora is supposed to be mature, sly, queenly, ethereal- where is any of that in babyfaced, girl-next-door Elle Fanning? Who in all honesty would be better at playing Alice or Rapunzel or someone younger-acting.

I'm just waiting till one of your guys' favorites get remade into a bland cardboard character and you get mad when people prefer the newer one. Like Jasmine, Ariel and Rapunzel being less rebellious and meek. Or Belle being less courageous. I'll try not to say anything when they do, but I can't make promises!

^Lol in this day and age it's impossible to have a female character who is meek and submissive.

I will choose the old one because I love Disney!!!(Is my answer.. weird...??!)
