Q: “If the Glee cast were to ever go on an international tour, which country would wewe most like to visit? :D”
– Ayesha

A: How could I only pick one? England, France, and Black Forest Germany. I’d also like to go skiing on the Matterhorn in Switzerland and eat my weight in pasta, tambi in Italy. Knowing me I’d probably sneak over to Austria and find the Sound of muziki filming locations.

Q: “Do wewe think it will feel different when wewe go back to filming? Will wewe be zaidi nervous filming now that Glee has been so wildly successful? Is there zaidi pressure?”
– Rose

A: Yikes, now that wewe mention it, there might be! We filmed the first 13 just hoping it’d be successful and hoping there would be lots of fans. I think now that we’ve found success and have seen how much the onyesha is loved kwa wewe guys it’ll feel like what we’re doing has zaidi purpose to it. (Insert “Purpose” from Avenue Q)

Q: “I bet it was hard, performing in a wheelchair for the majority of the episode [Wheels]! What was that like? Were wewe nervous about the shabiki reactions–especially the ones from those bound to a wheelchair themselves?”
– Jennifer

A: We all had major biceps kwa the time that fiasco was over! We managed to learn it in two days and film it in one! (No idea how we pulled that off!) That episode dealt with a lot of sensitive issues that I think were handled beautifully. Thankfully the feeling has been mutual with all the groups it related too.

Q: “Has playing Kurt inspired any changes in your own sense of fashion au affected your personal style since you’ve been on the show? If so, in what way?”
– Desiree

A: Absolutely! Nowadays when I get dressed I have to think to myself “if Kurt saw me in this, how could he insult me?” We have VERY different styles, but he has opened my eyes a bit to the fashion world. I pay attention to labels now. (I upendo Prada eyewear for some reason.) Target is still my inayopendelewa store though.

Q: “Do wewe get to sing anything in the Madonna episode? What have wewe heard about that? It sounds like it will be fun!”
– Daisha

A: I can’t say, but we can’t wait to film that episode! It should be really really really fun! I just hope they don’t make Kurt wear a cone bra.

Q: “You and the rest of the cast use Twitter a lot to interact with fans. Why is this so important for wewe to do?”
– Lisa

A: It’s great to have instant communication and feedback from mashabiki but Twitter can be a dangerous thing. Cory tweeted where we were eating once and 40 people showed up to the restaurant. Don’t ever take anything I tweet seriously though, I only try to make people laugh. Hence “try.”

Q: “Hey Chris! I was wondering: assuming that all the characters are sophomores, and if each season counts as one school year, does that mean there can only be 3 seasons of Glee? au will they continue into college somehow?”
– Tinkers

A: Good question. I don’t know. Maybe the Glee Club will get trapped in an underground bunker for a few years? Perhaps their plane will crash on a tropical island? We could go fives years into the future one season like on Housewives and be in college (then I’d be playing older than I really am.) au maybe they’re planning on firing us soon to bring in new kids. That’s depressing. Anything is possible…

Q: “I heard there’s an episode modeled after Glee getting bumped from the Macy’s Thanksgiving siku Parade in the back nine. What episode are wewe looking mbele to filming the most?”
– Jimmie

A: (There is? I’m the last to know everything!) That one! Also, Ryan Murphy promised me I could perform another one of my inayopendelewa songs in the inayofuata nine! So I look mbele to that, but it’s a secret… ;)

Q: “Hi Chris! I’m a hard-core Gleek and Kurt is one of my inayopendelewa characters. I saw wewe on Bonnie Hunt and found it so interesting how different wewe are from your character. Are there any similarities between wewe and your character?
What is the biggest misconception that people have about you, now that you’re in the public eye?”
– Darshana

A: Thanks! I upendo Bonnie! One of the biggest misconceptions is that I am Kurt. It’s hard convincing people I’m not when the role was written for me and the media begins to focus so much on our similarities. But I don’t mind it. I wish I was zaidi like him. I’m zaidi of a mix between Rachel and Sue (determined, nerdy, perfectionist, with lots of inappropriate witty remarks that make Amber ngumi, punch me in the shoulder.) I’ve noticed I’ve started picking up some of Kurt’s traits (crossing the legs when I sit, standing with one hip out). That’s what wewe get when wewe pretend to be someone else all day!

Q: “What was it like to film the scene with the deaf choir’s version of “Imagine”? Was it a very emotional scene for everyone?”
– Emily

A: Oh yes. We were all teary eyed! Then again, that could have been from the whiplash we got during the Hair/Crazy in upendo number. The deaf choir members were a lot of fun! I wish I could say we had long intellectual conversations about the struggles the hard-of-hearing community faces…but they taught me how to sign bad words instead, which I think we both enjoyed more.
