Deathly Hallows trailer: Who stopped the Hogwarts Express?

In the trailer, this guy stops the Hogwarts Express. A few of us thought it was Karkaroff, but since he died in HBP and this looks nothing like him in the still... I thought it might be one of the Death Eaters who fought in the Department of Mysteries in OotP, but I can't find any information on those people either. Anybody know who it is?

lol I was wondering the same while watching trailer, but all I could think of is, that he looks like Dooku from nyota Wars. Stupid, I know.

I think that's him. As of now, he's still credited as "Death Eater" on imdb (link- hopefully, we'll actually find out who he is when the movie comes out. Thanks for the info!
