Flashbacks

(Three young boys playing out in the backyard)

Boy 1 (leader): Come on guys lets get him!

Boy 2: (whispers): Who are we chasing now?

Boy 3 (Jake): The Green Goblin of course. Guys I’ve never had this much fun.

Jake’s mom (Heather): Jake be careful! (Continues talking to other moms on the patio)

(Boys jump/climb over a huge rock)

Boy 2: (wheezing) This game is boring.

Boy 1: Fine. Tag you’re it!

Boy 2: (Starts chasing Jake) I’m going to get wewe Jake!

(Boy still chasing Jake)

Heather: Jake, be careful!

Jake: Mom, I’m fine!

(Boy 2 starts having an asthma attack)

Other mom: Brian!

(3 moms rush over, Jake trips cutting himself on the forearm)

Other mom: Brian? Brian? BRIAN!

Heather: Get in the back of the van; I’ll bring wewe to the hospital!

(Rushing to the car)

Heather: Hi 911. I am rushing a kid who is having an asthma attack… (pauses) we’re going to Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital

Jake: Mom it won’t stop.

(Mom looks at Jake who is all bloody)

Heather: Oh god.
(Cut to Credits)

(House walks into hospital, big smile on his face, meets Wilson at front door but continues to walk towards the elevator)

Wilson: How was it?

House: How was what?

Wilson: Last night?

House: Oh that. (smiles)

Wilson: It must have been good.

House: Oh it was, it was always good with her.

Wilson: You’ve done it before?

House: Long time zamani but she hasn’t Lost her touch.

(House walks into elevator)

Wilson: Who is she?

(Doors start to close)

House (grinning ear to ear): Who is who?

Wilson (annoyed look): Come on House.

(doors closed)

(Outside elevator/doors open, House walks out)

Cuddy (yelling): House!

House: Dr. Cuddy, nice to see you.

Cuddy: Are wewe high?

House: No, what makes wewe say that.

Cuddy: Why would wewe say nice to see you?

House: Because it is.
Cuddy: You’re pleasant, no mean au sarcastic jokes and comments. Who is she?

House: Who is who?

Cuddy: The woman wewe had sex with?

House: I didn’t have sex.

Cuddy: Yesterday someone sent wewe a thong for your birthday and today you’re giddy and smiling ear to ear. Either one, wewe were abducted kwa aliens and replaced with a twin who has an opposite personality au wewe act just like a teenager after they get some action. Since wewe normally act like an 8-year old I added onto your age. I know wewe had sex.

House: Mothership, mothership, the administrator with the best set of natural knockers I’ve ever seen is onto us. Abandon mission, I repeat abandon mission.

(House limps away, Cuddy follows, both go into diagnostic office)

House: When I walked away, I indicated our conversation ended.

Cuddy: wewe don’t decide that, I do.

House: (turns to team) What have we got today?

Thirteen: wewe tell us.

Cuddy: House has no case, I suggest wewe all go down to the clinic until he has one, and wewe are needed.

(Everyone starts to get up)

Cuddy: Except Foreman

(Everyone else leaves)

House: Is Foreman above clinic duty? (Turns to Foreman) What did wewe do sleep with her?

Cuddy: Shut up! wewe have a case.

House: Well then, why did my team just go to the clinic?

Cuddy: No this case is just for you, me and Foreman.

House: Almost like old times.

Cuddy: Almost

(CUT TO PAST)
(Cut to a college, see chuo kikuu, chuo kikuu cha of Michigan’s M)
(Cut to classroom)

Professor: Hello students, for those who don’t know me I’m Professor Becker. This semester Professor Dole and I are putting our classes together and wewe will be paired up and will help a diagnostics team in the local area.

(Shows a younger House sitting with buddies not really paying close attention)
(Shows a younger Cuddy sitting with Marafiki taking diligent notes)

Professor: wewe will be paired with someone from the other class. My class wewe know zaidi than Professor Dole’s class since you’re older. Do be nice to the younglings and teach them a few things.

(Everyone gets up to leave)

Professor: Pairings are listed outside.

(Cut to hallway, Cuddy and rest of class looking at the list, House and Marafiki walk kwa inaonyesha no interest)

Cuddy: (whispers excitedly) I got House as my partner.

Cuddy’s Friend: I heard he’s one of the most brilliant here.

(Cuddy chases after House)

Cuddy: Hey, we’re partners this semester. Can we get to know each other?

House: (uninterested) Why?

Cuddy: So we can work better together. Come have a coffee with me.

House: Fine. Guys catch wewe later.

House’s Friends: Don’t forget practice.

House: Won’t. (Turns back to Cuddy) Let’s get this over with now, shall we?

(Cut to Starbucks)

Cuddy: I’ve heard you’re brilliant.

House: I’m good and usually right, that doesn’t make me brilliant. And wewe are organized… smart…strong and like to get things done.

Cuddy: How did wewe know?

House: wewe take notes diligently even on things that wewe don’t need to know au will be tested on inaonyesha you’re smart and organized. This little meeting and how wewe kind of forced it on me shows you’re strong and like to get things done. I don’t really care about wewe personally, I just need to know wewe can take risks and keep up with my thought process deal?

Cuddy: Deal.

House: Nice to meet you. See wewe tomorrow.

(House gets up and leaves)
(CUT TO PRESENT)

Cuddy: Four year-old boy can’t stop bleeding on his own from minor cuts, and has fever, headache, and photophobia.

House: Does the kid have hemophilia?

Foreman: It might be autoimmune.

Cuddy: Probably Lupus.

House: Foreman test for all autoimmune starting with a Lupus panel.

(Foreman leaves)

Cuddy: If I remember correctly the boy sounds like our first case in that class.

House: wewe remembered?

(CUT TO PAST)
(Cut to hospital where House and Cuddy are at)

Dr. Pinsinski: Forty-four year-old male, no identity, no medical history. Symptoms are a clotting issue, cough headache, photophobia, and seizures.

House: Bleeding problem and what seems to be Encephalitis.

Team Member: Could be autoimmune.

House: Most likely Lupus.
Dr. Pinsinski: Test for autoimmune and start with a Lupus panel.

(CUT TO PRESENT)

Cuddy: I can’t believe wewe remembered.

House: Now if wewe would excuse me, (pauses) even if wewe wouldn’t.

(Limps away)
(Cut to Thirteen, Kutner, and Taub working in the clinic, Thirteen is checking a man’s lungs, Foreman walks in)

Foreman: Hey, I need to run some tests on a patient of mine can wewe help me get it done faster?

Thirteen: Sure.

Foreman: Thanks, I’ll get Kutner and Taub.

Thirteen: Okay.

(Cut to room where the four are running tests)
(Motion to inayofuata room, which changes to the past where House and Cuddy are running the same tests)
(Go back to present where the four are running tests, Foreman’s beeper goes off, he goes off into a run)

Foreman: Shoot, keep running tests, the patient’s having seizures.

(Foreman leaves)

Kutner: He might need help!

Thirteen: Come on let’s go help him.

Taub: I’m going back to the clinic; let me know if I’m needed.

(Thirteen and Kutner chase after Foreman, Foreman sees them)

Foreman: This is House and Dr.Cuddy’s case; I’m running tests for them.

(Kutner all of a sudden stops, Thirteen not expecting that rams into him sending them both crashing to the floor)

Thirteen: Let’s go back to the clinic; he obviously doesn’t need our help.

(Foreman rushes into patient’s room, patient is having seizures)

Foreman: I need some help in here!

(Nurse rushes in)

(Cut to diagnostic office with House and Cuddy both deep in thought, House playing with his cane in his fingers, Foreman walks in)

Foreman: The boy started having seizures and has pulmonary hypertension. Tests were negative for Lupus the other tests I’m still working on.

House: Well, I suggest wewe go run those tests then.

(Foreman leaves)

Cuddy: How was the sex?

House: Mine was great, how was yours? Did your nerdy blind tarehe satisfy your needs?

Cuddy: He wasn’t nerdy, actually he had a rugged look, very sexy, and my needs were zaidi than met last night.

House: I’m guessing wewe didn’t meet him online then.

Cuddy: Why would wewe say that?

House: Online-dating is only used if you’re desperate. So where did wewe meet him then?

Cuddy: College.

(Cut to clinic, Thirteen is talking to a teenage boy)

Teenage Boy (Dan): It’s my hand.

Thirteen: What about it?

Dan: I’ve been dropping stuff and it’s been moving on its own.

Thirteen: Dan, where’s your mom?

Dan: She’s visiting someone in the hospital while I’m here about my hand.

Thirteen: The truth?

Dan: She died a couple years zamani and my dad doesn’t have time to bring me so I came alone.

Thirteen: We need to run tests; I’ll send someone in to draw some blood.

(Thirteen walks into an exam room where Kutner is examining an older woman)

Kutner: (puzzled) Ah, can I help wewe with something?

Thirteen: Yeah, could wewe run a test on my patient I think he has Huntington’s.

Kutner: Sure, okay! (Still puzzled)

Thirteen: Thanks. I’m going to grab lunch, let me give him the results okay?

Kutner: (still puzzled) Okay.

(Cut to House’s office and the diagnostics office. House is in his office staring at whiteboard, Cuddy is in diagnostics office making coffee. Foreman walks into House’s office)

Foreman: Negative for autoimmune.

House: It must be an infection.

Foreman: No. It doesn’t explain the clotting problem.

House: But the hemophilia the boy has could.

Forman: One explanation is better than two.

(Cuddy walks in)

Cuddy: Especially when one explanation is something that the kid would have been diagnosed with at a young age.

House: I’m telling wewe it’s an infection.

(House slams his fist on the table, when it hits the meza, jedwali background changes but still focused on the younger House’s hand, and we CUT TO THE PAST, where Dr. Pinsinski, his team, House, and Cuddy are)

House: He has to have hemophilia, that would account for the bleeding disorder and the rest would be explained kwa infection.

Team Member: I think he would have alisema something when I was taking a history.

House: Yeah just like he gave wewe his name. When he got in the bar fight his head trauma caused him to loose his long term memory which includes a disease he was diagnosed with as a baby and being told about it in his childhood.

Team Member: It’s Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

House: No it’s not and if wewe treat him his immune system will be trashed and the infection will kill him.

Team Member (disgusted): I’ll look in the bone marrow registry for a match.

House: Why? Hemophilia would explain the blood and the fever, encephalitis, and not pulmonary hypertension would be explained kwa an infection.

Dr. Pinsinski: Look Mr. House, my team are some of the best doctors in the US graduating as juu of their classes, and you’re not even out of college, they have experience and so do I it is non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Tom will check the registry and wewe will go home.

(House storms out, Cuddy watches him leave)

Dr. Pinsinski: Miss Cuddy wewe are done for today as well.

(Cuddy chases after House, looses him in a crowd of people outside the hospital, she stops and sighs in failure)

(CUT TO PRESENT, Cuddy has the same look in House’s office)

Cuddy: It could be hemophilia.

Foreman: No it could be…

House (cuts off Foreman): Go draw some blood and look at the level of protein VIII, it will be less than normal in hemophilia patients.

(Foreman leaves)

House: I wish I could have done that before.

Cuddy: wewe kind of did.

(CUT TO PAST)

Cuddy (to friend): I think he was right it would make sense, it’s just no matter how hard I try the doctor still wouldn’t have believed us.

Cuddy’s Friend: Yeah what could wewe do.

Cuddy: It’s just I feel bad, I didn’t back him up, and I sat there and didn’t say anything.

Cuddy’s Friend: wewe can’t be upset about this, it was one time you’ll have plenty of chances in the future. What wewe should be upset about is all the homework we have on juu of this stupid class.

Cuddy: Just because wewe aren’t going to specialize in diagnostics and are going to in pediatrics doesn’t make this a stupid class.

Cuddy’s Friend: wewe like the class just because you’re partnered with Greg House.

Cuddy: No

Cuddy’s Friend: wewe know wewe like him.

Cuddy: No way!

Cuddy’s Friend: Then something’s wrong with wewe because every girl on campus wants to be with him, and wewe have the golden opportunity to be with him. (Stops)

(Shows House practicing lacrosse kwa himself intensely)

Cuddy’s Friend: Speaking of the devil.

Cuddy: Hey, go on without me, I’ll catch up with you.

Cuddy’s Friend: Okay, see wewe later.

(Cuddy walks over to the field)

Cuddy: I never see wewe out here alone.

(House turns around sees Cuddy then goes back to practicing)

Cuddy: I’m serious, I see wewe practice with the team and you’re always relaxed and laid back.

House: Practicing helps me get out anger.

Cuddy: Don’t kill yourself over what happened today.

House: wewe don’t think I’m right do you?

Cuddy: No I think you’re right.

House: (angry) If wewe think I’m right why are wewe uigizaji like everything is okay, if I’m right the patient will die.

Cuddy: The doctor overruled us, we can’t do anything.

House: There’s one thing we can do.

Cuddy: Test the level of protein VIII?

House: Now we’re on the same page.

(House picks up his stuff, and starts to run to his car, then stops and turns around)

House: wewe coming?

Cuddy: Now?

House: No, tomorrow after the patient dies.

(House turns around and starts running to the car, Cuddy chases after him, both get in the car and drive off)

(CUT TO PRESENT)

(Cut to House and Cuddy where we left them)

House: (evil smirk) Yeah I did didn’t I?

(Cut to Thirteen in the room with Dan)

Thirteen: We got the results from your test… wewe have Huntington’s disease.

Dan: So, what will happen?

Thirteen: (pauses) Well at first everything will be okay but then wewe start to loose control of your body slowly, and wewe will have problems with motor functions and eventually (pauses again and says weakly) you’ll die from it.

Dan: Is there anything to cure it au even treat it?

Thirteen: No, I’m sorry.

Dan: I have no one.

Thirteen: What?

Dan: I lied because I thought it wasn’t important, I don’t have family. I live on my own.

Thirteen: What about school?

Dan: I work weekends to support myself, and then go to school during the week.

Thirteen: wewe need help.

Dan: No, don’t call child services!

Thirteen: But wewe need help!

Dan: I don’t want a foster home; they would get rid of me in a month.

Thirteen: wewe only have a mwaka of high school left.

Dan: Exactly.

Thirteen: Listen Dan, I don’t want wewe to fail at least stay with me until graduation, after that wewe can do what wewe want.

Dan: wewe would do that for me?

Thirteen: Yeah.

Dan: Until graduation and then I’m gone.

Thirteen: Okay.

(Cut to House and Cuddy in office, Foreman walks in)

Foreman: He’s negative for hemophilia; it has to be non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

House: No it can’t be.

Cuddy: We have to treat, he doesn’t have hemophilia.

House: Just wait!

Cuddy: We can’t.

House: I need time.

Cuddy: We don’t have time.

Foreman: What are we going to for Christmas!?

(Dawns on House)

House: No, we’re going to test for it.

Cuddy and Foreman: What!?

House: Test him for his level of protein IX, if it is abnormal, it’s krisimasi Disease, like hemophilia but rarer.

Foreman: No, it’s Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma; I’ll go find a bone marrow transplant.

Cuddy: Foreman, test for krisimasi Disease.

Foreman: He’s wrong.

Cuddy: After the test, we’ll take a course of action.

Foreman: While running this pointless test I’ll look in the registry for a bone marrow match.

(Foreman walks out in a huff; Wilson lets Foreman out then walks in)

Wilson: (Not noticing Cuddy) I’ve let wewe have your time, not talk.

House: Don’t really want to (yawns) kind of tired.

Wilson: No, no, no wewe got to spill the goods.

Cuddy: About what Wilson?

(Wilson’s eye widen)

Wilson: Why is Cuddy here?

Cuddy: Working on a case, why are wewe here?

Wilson: No particular reason, I thought House would like to go out to lunch.

Cuddy: So he can (laughs) spill out the goods?

Wilson: (embarrassed) So wewe coming?

House: Of course, Cuddy won’t mind. (Gives an evil smirk)

Cuddy: Go on, I’ll page wewe when we have results.

House: Off to the wonderful restaurant I call the cafeteria; it’s been awarded 5 pieces of moldy mkate just recently.

(House walks out of office with Wilson)

Wilson: (follow) So, who is she?

House: That is Dr. Cuddy, Dean of Medicine and our boss.

Wilson: No I mean thong woman?

House: Don’t subject her like that.

Wilson: wewe defending a person. Man, she must have been good; can wewe give me her number?

House: No, wewe wouldn’t want it anyway.

Wilson: Are wewe saying it’s someone I know?

(Both enter elevator, doors close)

House: …

Wilson: She is!

House: (squints) Well…

Wilson: She definitely is!

House: (steps out of elevator) Don’t let Cameron know au I’ll never hear the end of it.

(Wilson follows, both in cafeteria line)

Wilson: An answer would be nice!

House: My lips are sealed.

(House lets the register ring up then leaves Wilson to pay)

Wilson: House, I pay for lunch, I take your crap, I bail wewe out of jail, and wewe could at least tell me who wewe had sex with last night.

House: I don’t like where this conversation is going, lunch all of a sudden tastes better alone in my office. See ya Jimmy!

(House gets up and leaves Wilson with a dumbstruck face)

(Cut to Thirteen and Dan in her apartment)

Thirteen: So this is where I call home, my extra bedroom is here.

(Thirteen opens a door to an empty room, Dan looks in)

Dan: It’s nice.

Thirteen: wewe just have to sleep on the floor the first week all the furniture for the room is at my parent’s house because I have no storage place and was using this.

Dan: I don’t want to disconvient you.

Thirteen: It’s really fine. inayofuata weekend we’ll drive up there and get everything.

Dan: But it must be a long drive and…

Thirteen: I want wewe to stay. (Pause) wewe can decorate your room anyway wewe like, if needed I’ll hire a painter.

Dan: Thanks I’ll think about it.

Thirteen: Good, I have to get back to work, but do wewe want to get some lunch real quick?

Dan: No, I’ll go get it myself.

Thirteen: No, I’m taking care of all your expenses save up for later. (Gives Dan money) Here’s a twenty, get some lunch and keep the change.

Dan: Okay.

Thirteen: I have to get back to work so see wewe tonight?

Dan: Yeah.

Thirteen: Okay, bye.

Dan: Goodbye.

(Thirteen walks out)
(Cut to House eating his sandwich, sandwichi in his office, Cuddy walks in and puts on a surprised face)

Cuddy: I thought wewe were having lunch with Wilson?

House: Turned out he just wanted to talk about sex.

Cuddy: Oh and who would wewe be? I’m Dr. Cuddy.

House: Ha-ha very funny.

Cuddy: I specialize in Endocrinology, and am Dean of Medicine at this hospital. How long will wewe be here while Dr. House is gone?

House: I just didn’t feel like talking about it.

Cuddy: That’s crap, he wanted to know who wewe had sex with didn’t he?

House: He doesn’t care who he wants details.

Cuddy: And wewe didn’t want to tell him? That’s not like you; wewe really care about her don’t you?

(House towers over Cuddy)

House: I do, (pauses) wewe have a problem with that?

Cuddy: No, I don’t actually.

(Foreman walks in, House and Cuddy break stare and look up at Foreman)

House: What?

Foreman: wewe were right he has krisimasi disease.

House: See and wewe wanted to replace his immune system.

Cuddy: So that means it’s an infection then.

House: First, let’s kuvuka, msalaba out bleeding disorder, so what infection causes fever, Encephalitis, pulmonary hypertension, and seizures?

Cuddy: Could be whooping cough.

Foreman: Except no cough.

House: Then it’s got to be Meningitis, just hasn’t developed the stiff neck.

Cuddy: I’ll quarantine the floor.

Foreman: I’ll go do the LP.

(Foreman walks out and Cuddy starts to run after him)

Cuddy: God, this is just like last time.

House: Except celebrating, wewe want to celebrate?

Cuddy: We already celebrated.

(CUT TO PAST, younger House and Cuddy are sitting at the meza, jedwali of the diagnostics office, Dr.Pinsinski is scolding them and they look guilty)

Dr. Pinsinski: (Yelling) wewe went behind my team’s back and zaidi importantly my back when I told wewe what to do.

(House looking down at the ground soaking it all in, Cuddy looking up scared)

Dr. Pinsinski: And I never want to see wewe do that again au I’ll…

(A team member interrupts)

Team member: Sorry Dr. Pinsinski, but wanted to let wewe know that you’re test shows the patient is positive for hemophilia.

(House looks up and smiles at Cuddy)

Dr. Pinsinski: What? Are wewe sure?

Team member: Yeah, so it looks like he has an infection.

Cuddy: Looks like Meningitis.

Team member: I’ll isolate the floor.

Dr. Pinsinski: Good (Looks at House and Cuddy) You’re lucky.

(Dr. Pinsinski walks out)

House: No I was right.

Cuddy: Want to celebrate?
House: Depends on what wewe had in mind.

Cuddy: A club, I’ll buy drinks.

House: Sounds good. I’ll pick wewe up at ten?

Cuddy: Anyone else coming?

House: We’ll meet our Marafiki there. Sound good?

Cuddy: Okay.

(Cut to outside Cuddy’s apartment, House knocks on the door, looks up impatient, door opens with Cuddy dressed gorgeously)

House: Wow!

Cuddy: wewe like?

House: Definitely.

Cuddy: I’m kind of tired, and I don’t want to go out. I want to go to bed.

House: We could stay in and celebrate. I’ll go out and get some things, make dinner; we could stay in and watch a movie.

Cuddy: That sounds nice.

House; Okay, I’ll be right back.

(Cut to the grocery store, see House with enough chakula for two in a basket, then shows him picking up chokoleti covered strawberries)

(Cut to Cuddy sitting in the living room)

Cuddy: What is that? It smells good.

House: (off-screen) You’ll have to wait and see. Just a little bit longer, okay wewe can come into the dining room now.

(Walk with Cuddy into the dining room revealing a candlelit chajio, chakula cha jioni that looks amazing)

Cuddy: wewe did this?

House: Never thought I could cook huh?

(Pulls chair out for Cuddy, she sits down, and he walks and sits down in his own chair)

Cuddy: wewe don’t seem like a guy who cooks.

House: Well I surprise people.

(They start to eat, then onyesha empty plates, both get up and go into the living room)

Cuddy: So now a movie?

House: And dessert. (walks into the kitchen)

(Cuddy puts in a movie and House enters the living room, both sitting close to each other, House sitting in the corner of the couch)

Cuddy: What do we have here?

House: The best chokoleti covered strawberries in the Ann Arbor area and wewe know how good Michigan’s strawberries are.

Cuddy: Mmmm… now I can’t wait.

(House holds a strawberry that Cuddy takes a bite of)

House: How is it?

Cuddy: Perfect.

(House takes a bite)

House: Mmm, you’re right. What movie are we watching?

Cuddy: Forget the movie, wewe got anymore goodies?

House: Yeah, I do. (Lightly kisses Cuddy)

(Cuddy kisses back)

Cuddy: Anymore?

House: Yeah. (Kisses her again)

(Cuddy kisses back)

Cuddy: I hope wewe having something a little richer.

House: I do.

Cuddy: Good, I’m tired.

(Cuddy walks to the bedroom; House grabs condoms and follows her)

(Cut to the inayofuata day, House is with a nameless friend)

House’s Friend: So looks like someone got some action last night.

House: Why would wewe say that? (Smiles)

House’s Friend: I can tell.

House: Sure wewe can.

House’s Friend: It must have been good; wewe don’t want to talk about it.

House: It was amazing.

House’s Friend: No surprise there, wewe two upendo each other.

House: It wasn’t with Rachel. (Looks guilty)

House’s Friend: What? Who was it with?

(CUT TO PRESENT, House is walking out of the hospital with Wilson)

Wilson: wewe won’t tell me because you’re ashamed of whom it was with.

House: What makes wewe say that? I’m proud to have sex.

Wilson: No, normally wewe would tell me.

House: Sorry, it’s just usually wewe don’t care who I do.

Wilson: Except this time it’s someone I know. (Pauses) Oh my God! It was Stacy!

House: No!

Wilson: Yeah it was.

House: She’s married to Mark.

Wilson: Since when did wewe care about that!

House: Never.

Wilson: Hah, wewe did.

House: No wewe idiot. If I tell wewe will wewe leave me alone?

Wilson: Maybe, depends on the answer.

House: Cuddy.

Wilson: Seriously?!

House: Yeah.

Wilson: No it wasn’t.

House: Yeah it was.

Wilson: No, if it was wewe wouldn’t tell me.

House: Suit yourself. (Gets on motorcycle)

Wilson: It seriously was?

House: Yeah it was. (Starts motorcycle)

Wilson: I don’t believe it! She gave wewe that for your birthday?!

House: I’m surprised as much as you. Now if wewe don’t mind I’m going to go.

(Foreman runs out)

Foreman: House, it’s not Meningitis, the LP was negative.

(House turns off motorcycle and walks back in annoyed)

(Cut to House, Cuddy, and Foreman in office)

House: Okay, differential. Go!

(Silence)

House: Come on, we need something.

(Parents come in)

Mom: Jake is making a weird sound.

Foreman: What kind?

Mom: We don’t know how to explain it.

House: Foreman, go check.

(Foreman rushes out, House looks at Cuddy)

House: Is what happening what I think is happening?

(CUT TO PAST, younger House and Cuddy sitting with the rest of the team)

Team member: LP was negative for Meningitis and patient started a coughing noise.

Cuddy: It’s whooping cough.

House: Yeah, it has to be.

Dr. Pinsinski: That sounds right anything else? No? Good treat him.

(CUT TO PRESENT, Foreman walks in)

Foreman: Yeah it’s whooping cough.

House: Go treat.

(Foreman and parents leave)

Cuddy: That’s weird.

House: Tell me about it.

Cuddy: This is playing out just like last time, the same case, the sex, are wewe going to give me a thank wewe gift again? I hope it won’t be the same as last time.

House: (smirks) I don’t think I will, how about just this. Thank wewe for the gift, I couldn’t decide between the red and the black. I think the red did its job. Oh I told Wilson.

Cuddy: (chuckles) Now he thinks it’s definitely not me, nice job. I don’t want the whole hospital to know.

House: It’s our little secret, our dirty little secret.

(CUT TO PAST, younger Cuddy with her friend)

Cuddy’s Friend: wewe did what?

Cuddy: Shhh. I slept with him okay?

Cuddy’s Friend: Oh my God! Was he good?

Cuddy: Amazing, the best I’ve had.

Cuddy’s Friend: That doesn’t say much.

Cuddy: Shut up!

Cuddy’s Friend: So are wewe going to do it again?

Cuddy: He has a girlfriend!

Cuddy’s Friend: Didn’t stop wewe last time.

Cuddy: Ha-ha very funny. Probably not.

Cuddy’s Friend: Why not?

Cuddy: He has a girlfriend.

Cuddy’s Friend: wewe know wewe want to.

Cuddy: Stop! (Pauses then grimaces)
