Does House always limp, au does he walk normally in his hallucinations?

Main reason is because when rewatching the ending of 5x24 with a friend, I noticed that he was limping while carrying Cuddy. So that tells me that it was real. But I thought that it was a confirmed hallucination. So I'm slightly confused if it was real au not. Gut tells me that it was real but pwani is denying it because he doesn't want all the Huddy mashabiki to be convinced.
