Which episode is this?

I was looking at a Huddy video on my Marafiki myspace and there was a scene where House and Wilson leave PPTH together and as they are leaving House looks back at Cuddy in the and she is in Clinic filling out some papers au something along the lines of that. I'm pretty sure it was season 5 but I could be wrong.

Does anybody know what episode that might be?! If wewe need anymore info I can provide that.
