No!!!” Lisa was crying desperately and when her hand with the blade came crashing down he jumped for her. But instead of hitting her wrist she purposefully made it go down on the marble counter. Letting go of the blade and jumping back away from it, crying herself hoarse. “Shhh…come here.” Hugh brought her head to his chest and shushed her.
She cried in his arms as they both sunk to the floor of the bathroom. This part of their life story would have the song Never Too Late playing in it. What was happening is what wewe would see in movies. au on House. Not in real life…Not in Hugh nor Lisa’s lives. But yet here they were. “…I’m going to go get the pizza…Are wewe going to be ok alone???” He was wary leaving her alone again but feared she might be offended if he were to tell her to come with him. “Actually…can I come with you???” “Sure…” They both walked down to the front door and opened it to find a young boy with sunglasses on (it’s dark out) and with his earphones in his ears and his iPod blaring. “Bro!!! Holy shit, wewe two are from that show…” He had a stereo type California surfer accent. “…House.” Hugh helped him out. “Yah!!! Dude…sweet. Awe, fuck. So now when my bros ask what I was up to tonight I can say that I totally met wewe two and they would go all gnarly on me…Sweeet.” “Congratz, man. They ate in silence but within that silence so much was said. Lisa noted that he had ordered vegetarian pizza for her and wanted to thank him but didn’t. “…Lisa…You should talk about it. Something is on your mind and wewe know I’m here for you…It’s always better to talk about it.” She smiled and nodded.
“…” Opening her mouth and then closing it she hesitated. “…I am uh just…I’m just having weird feelings between the events of tonight and a realization…All those combined are just making me think too much…” Lisa was never one to be shy but here she was sitting in front of Hugh avoiding his gaze and uigizaji nervous. “Describe your feelings right now.” She rolled her eyes as he impersonated what he saw on TV shows. “Well…I’m feeling…hurt and used and violated about tonight and I’m also feeling foolish and stupid for being so careless…” That part seemed easier than she thought it would be. “What about your little stunt in the bathroom???” he knew he could ask her about these things without her being offended…That was who they were with each other…comfortable. “…The whole killing myself because I was harassed part was just…idiotic and pointless.” She took a bit of her pizza. “Good…would wewe attempt killing yourself again???” “Never.” She didn’t have to think twice…which was good.
