Based on the prompt of RPF, Hugh/Lisa, 'she made him promise to quit smoking before filming for Season 7 started'

He tasted of ash.
The heady aftertaste of his kisses were usually a welcomed linger; she would have him with her for just a little longer when David called Hugh away for another scene. But today, after months of peppermint fresh au coffee thick kisses, Lisa couldn't get the taste of cigarettes out of her mouth. It was the only time she ever wanted something of Hugh's out and away from her.
"Hey!"
Hugh looked up in surprise at the steadfast woman marching towards him, eyebrows in his receeding hairline as she stood before him arms akimbo. He opened his mouth to reply, but Lisa grasped his arm and dragged him away towards her trailer. He was shoved into the room roughly, the door slamming shut behind them as he turned to her.
"Lisa, what -,"
She was on him before he could register. It was kwa instinct and God aliyopewa reflexes that he managed to slide his hands beneath her bottom and hitch her up against his hips. Her minty cool breath was on him as she pressed her lips to his, and Hugh immediately melted into the mwepesi, teleka swirls of her tongue. His grip on her tightened, and he stumbled back onto the battered kitanda in the corner, seating himself as his hands grasped her skin wherever he could find it.
There was something in her mouth. Hugh tensed uncertainly as she swirled the soft object around his tongue before depositing it under his tongue. When she pulled back, it was still there. "What....?" It was chewing gum.
Lisa smirked. "If wewe plan on violently making out with me on and off camera this season, wewe would reconsider the cigarette's position in your life,"
Hugh swallowed, and chewed tentatively on the piece in his mouth. It tasted of minty berries and Lisa. Quietly he groped around in his jeans pocket and produced a slightly crumpled pack of smokes and a lighter. He walked over the bin in the corner of the room, held the objects over it dramatically, and promptly dropped them into it.
He could always chew gum after sex.
