G.I.R is a S.I.R unit built kwa The Almighty Tallest (Red) and his brain is made up of Bubblegum, a paper clip, 2 pennies, and some lint-given to him kwa The Almighty Tallest (Purple)therefore he is very stupid(but his stupidity is adorable and funny) and he is Zim's robot-and he's disguised as a little green doggy with a very noticeable zipper and small stitches. Does this explain to wewe how horribly disguised and how super adorable G.I.R is?????

um..no..nobody knows what the G stands for-but I and R stand for information retrival.
Actually, I read that Jhonen didn't know what it stood for, so when asked in an interview, he alisema it stood for "Gummy." But that was on WikiPedia, and we all know how reliable that is...

GIR is Zim's adorable malfunctioning standard issue information retrieval unit. The tallest created him out of scraps of other sir units, he was made as a special model especially for Zim. His brain is a paper clip, gum, and two pennies. Rumors say he hates zim according to the episode "gir goes crazy and stuff",and some say he didn't mean it he was just malfunctioning ... x 2. He dresses up as a green dog, when he doesn't look like one at all and yet people still fall for it. No one knows what GIR stands for... not even GIR does.
