Even in the worst of storms i’ll see your face that always keeps me warm
I’ll never be alone
Remember when we first me? I do
That was when i knew you’d be the one to keep me salama from harm

If i had to live my life without wewe i’d die this second
But now your here i’ll live forever
Life without wewe it’d be hard i know, but would I be smiling like I am today?
And I will wait for the siku when wewe come and take me kwa the hand

When the siku comes when my moyo will never leave your hands
Because from then on wewe will always have the key to the lock
My moyo is forever yours
No man au god shall ever tear us apart, a promise that’ll last forever

The roots of my upendo runs deep for wewe like the roots of a mti for mother nature
Are yours as deep?
The siku when we meet, our roots shall intertwine for eternity
Always together, never leaving, never dieing
