...That's the first time I've ever heard that argument, actually, and it's damn weird. Especially since two guys or two girls can have sex, as I think everyone knows. Need a play-by-play telling? Didn't think so. Point is, two males or two females can "fit together" just as well as a straight couple can. But personally, I don't think how two people have sex really matters, certainly not in comparison to emotional and psychological compatibility. Why should the way two people have sex matter if they're in love and they're happy?

Also, ColieAnne, what exactly is the 'gay lifestyle'? Because the way I see it, the only difference between a 'gay lifestyle' and a 'straight lifestyle' is the gender of the crushes. Gays still, you know, go to dances with friends, have family game nights, go see movies with their dates, eat, sleep, whatever. The way I live my life isn't so different from the way you live yours.

According to dictionary.com, the definition is this: "the habits, attitudes, tastes, moral standards, economic level, etc., that together constitute the mode of living of an individual or group." So sexual orientation and lifestyle are two different things. Homosexual is not a lifestyle, so it doesn't make sense to say you don't agree with their lifestyle. Get it?

I don't see why I should bother with or be bothered by other people's love life. So two persons have found each other, good for them.

A person's morals are what they think is right and wrong. Everything I listed in my previous comment has to do with "moral standards." My point was that morals have little to do with sexual preference... I'm sure you and I have the same morals in most areas (unless you do think murder is A-okay), except the main difference I support equality and individuality more than you do. If you dislike gays, say it. Don't beat around the bush by using phrases like "gay lifestyle" and "moral standards" because what you're saying isn't what you mean.

Now, I'm not trying to 'make it seem like you are the one who is wrong,' I'm just pointing out that a.) gays are more like you than you think, and b.) you're using all the wrong words. Frankly, it's annoying to me that you keep using weird phrases like the ones I mentioned. The "gay lifestyle" is essentially the same as the "straight lifestyle." And actually, polls show that the majority of people are currently in favor of same-sex marriage, and more than that number supports gays but not same-sex marriage. It's already completely legal in multiple countries, and the US is on it's way. So guess what? The tides are turning, change is happening, support is rising. :]

Sexual orientation is not a hypothesis or a theory which you can agree or disagree on, it's a fact. The way I see it, disagreeing with somebody's sexual orientation is like disagreeing with their eye colour.

I have nothing against seeing two guys together, it's just that I prefer woman/man relationships in a high degree. Though I can't really stand the sigh of two woman being intimate like kissing and stuff. But I find that pretty natural for super-straight people :P
