It was a dark night in Ponyville, and it was raining hard as well. Our friend, Twilight Sparkle was finishing up an experiment she was nearly done with, until lightning scared her, nearly destroying her experiment. After she saved her work, she was ready to hit the hay. "Another hard siku of work," she said. "Hopefully I'll be done with this tomorrow before lunch." As for Spike, he was already asleep, having a dream of him and Rarity living together.
Meanwhile, out in the dark, near the town, a shadow was approaching the town, slowly, but surely. It was a long way from the entire town, yet the shadow didn't want to stop at one bit. It then made its way to town, being followed kwa a familiar figure. "Ah. Her home," the silhouette said. "Perhaps she'll remember me, but it's too loud now because of the rain." The figure then stayed near the house until the rain went away kwa a few pegasi, and it wasn't that long. Then, the figure said, "I think it's time for me to do so now." Knocking on the door, and pretty loudly too, it was awaiting arrival of Twilight.
Inside, Twilight heard the knocking on her door and decided to open it. "Why in Equestria is somepony knocking on the door at night?" she wondered. "It's 30 dakika past midnight! Who would want to do th-"
Just then, she saw the familiar figure in front of the door. "Why, tickle my nipples with a feather!" wewe may wonder, for the figure was Trixie, and she had no look on her face saying she wanted revenge. Her face was filled with... regret, sadness, sorrow, a desire for redemption.
"Hello, Twilight Sparkle," alisema Trixie. "Do not speak, for I have been on a road of hardship."
"What happened to you?" Twilight asked in surprise. "Your cape's nearly destroyed, your hat's crumpled up, and you're nearly naked!"
"Trixie shall explain it all to you, so pay attention," the "Great and Powerful" began. And here is her story:
"After wewe defeated me in beating what those two kids brought on accident, I had to run away from all of your Ponyville kind. I never wanted to onyesha my face in humiliation after wewe bested me. I decided to take my work somewhere else, but nopony wanted me around, even in Canterlot, for they never be a showoff with their magic. My guess is that unicorns don't really compete in anything like my thing. Some even came up close to me and made me look like this! Tearing up my cape, destroying my wand capable of zaidi magic, attacking me mercilessly like I was an animal!" Tears began to well up in her eyes greatly. "In the end," she sobbed, lunging towards Twilight, "I wanted to go where I first came: Ponyville, where I met you. I don't want anything to happen to me anymore from what I have said, even if wewe would put it down on me. All I ask is two things: Your forgiveness and friendship. Without the two, I'm nothing!"
She cried very hard inside Twilight's chest, burrowing towards her heart. Spike, who awoke from Trixie's loud sobs, saw what was going on in the middle of the night. "Twilight, it's her! Maybe now wewe can defend yourself as the most powerful unicorn in Equestria!" he exclaimed.
But Twilight didn't listen to her son. She was busy with Trixie, who was invited into her house. Just, Twilight alisema to Trixie, "I understand what wewe have been through after your absence from Ponyville. It must have been a very hard burden to have. And I forgive you, Trixie, and I give my friendship to you."
Trixie was enlightened with redemption after what Twilight alisema to her, she then started to cry tears of happiness. She was rejuvenated with a new friend. And then they kissed.
Spike was thinking what to tell the entire town about Trixie's return. He only wanted to tell them all that she has been redeemed and ask for her forgiveness.
inayofuata morning, Spike did what he thought about doing the awali night. He decided to spread it among the mature citizens among the town to start it off. So far, it worked, because they remembered her insolence from the first time they saw her, yet when Spike alisema she was redeemed, they decided to forgive her. The word then spread among the entire town.
Soon enough, when the two girls left the tree, everyone saw who was there. Approaching her solemnly, they all said, "We have heard that wewe were redeemed with a new friendship and wewe desire our forgiveness. We all forgive you."
"A very good thing indeed," boomed a voice from above. It was Princess Celestia! It looks like she heard what was going on, even from last night! "Twilight Sparkle, I'm glad to hear that wewe have made Marafiki with a past enemy. If it wasn't for Spike here, telling everypony what has happened, they wouldn't know about your new friend unless wewe told them all. I'm very proud of wewe both, as with your redemption, Trixie."
She then departed, leaving nothing else behind.
Soon after, the town went to their normal routine, but as for Twilight and Trixie, well... Let's say they're doing what Marafiki do best: upendo and care for each other.
The lesson: Deep down inside your enemy's heart, there's a little bit of upendo inside them. All they need is a little redemption, and wewe can help onyesha them the way on the road of friendship.
