Neil has been in a relationship with actor David Burtka (Scooter on HIMYM) since 2004.

There is no indication that he's gay other than the fact that he alisema it. No gestures, voice, talking. Maybe he is, still great carecter. Think how much money and fame he gained kwa saying he's gay. Girls leave him alone, people accept the gay things. Even if he is au not, still made a difference. As a straigh guy that known and seen things, I assure he's not. Still, he rocks!

Even made refferences in films. In one movie he alisema that he's not gay, he just wants people to think that, isn't it obvious why? :)
