I am not a lawyer and know no zaidi about law then what I have seen on crime serials and read in old P.I. novels. However because this topic is still an area of much discussion both in our modern culture and zaidi importantly in this fandom I will try to keep my arguments within the confines of the rulebook that our justice system has labored to perfect for so long.

The swali is of course "Is killing ever justified". It is a swali that raises it's head at least ones in any serious debate started at this club. The act of murder weather it is committed kwa one character au another always has it's defenders and prosecutors and both have strong arguments for there respective sides.

During this makala I'm going to take some of the most maarufu cases and using my limited understanding of the law (with the assistance of legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com) as well as my zaidi extensive study of the OUAT debates and discussions on this topic and act as judge.

Case #1- Homicide of Graham, sheriff

Defendant: Regina

Defendant held victim in captivity against his will for unknown years due to a breach of contract. Most likely due to Stockholm Syndrome both parties became emotionally involved. When victim attempted to break free defendant reacted to the perceived betrayal kwa killing him.

Defendants Argument: Grahams murder was a crime of passion done in the spur of the moment kwa a damaged and heartbroken woman who could not kubeba the thought of losing him and who obviously shows grief and remorse for what she felt she had to do.

Plea: Crime of Passion / Temporary Insanity

Judge's Statement: While the defendant may have loved the victim crimes of passion do not excuse murder it merely eliminates premeditation. (See: link) However the forced imprisonment of victim leading up to the crime as well as other crimes perviously committed against the victim (assault, rape) do prove malice aforethought. (See: link) It addition to all this defendants charge would automatically be bumped up to first degree for killing a police officer. (See: link)

Verdict: Guilty - First Degree Murder

Case #1- Homicide of Milah, wife

Defendant: Rumplestilskin

Victim (wife of defendant) committed adultery and abandoned her husband and son. When defendant learned of this betrayal he murdered her and assaulted her lover leaving him permanently crippled.

Defendants Argument: After suffering such injustices and humiliation at the hand of this woman the defendant asked her to explain herself and received only zaidi insults. At that moment all the suffering she had put him and his child though welled up inside him and he snapped.

Plea: Honor Killing / Infidelity, Crime of Passion / Temporary Insanity

Judges Statement: While honor killings as a result of infidelity may be an acceptable excuse for murder in countries where woman are viewed as property I would hope this fandom is above that sort of thinking. (See: link) Once again crimes of passion do not excuse murder merely eliminates premeditation and infidelity at least in most civilized countries is not a capital offense. (See: link)

Verdict: Guilty - sekunde Degree Murder

Case #1- Homicide of Cora Mills

Defendant: Snow White

Defendant when of sound mind planned and coordinated the murder of the victim in order to avenge past crimes committed kwa the victim as well as prevent any future crimes. In a spur of the moment adaption to the plan defendant used the victims own daughter as a proxy to deliver the killing blow.

Defendants Argument: Snow already knew what Cora was capable of doing and had to stop her before she killed her and everyone she loved.

Plea: vigilante justice / self defense

Judges Statement: Weather Cora deserved to die au not does not matter. Vigilante justice is not protected under the law. (See: link)The only people allowed to dish out justice are those who were appointed to do so and only after all procedures are met. As the victim was not posing an immediate threat to her person the defendant can not plea self defense. The appropriate course of action would have been to leave the apprehension of the victim to someone without a conflict of interest that was qualified to administer justice in an appropriate manner. (See: link)

The complexity of this crime proves that it was premeditated. The brutality of the plan also adds to it severity. (See: link) The defendants clean record as well as her obvious remorse and eleventh saa attempt to stop the crime do work in her favor, however...

Verdict: Guilty - First Degree Murder

Case #1- Homicide of Royal Guard

Defendant: David "Charming"

During a nyumbani invasion and attempted assassination/kidnapping defendant stabbed and killed the victim.

Defendants Argument: Charming was protecting himself and his family from someone that was threatening immediate bodily harm.

Plea: Self Defense

Judges Statement: There is really only one acceptable excuse for taking someone life in the eyes of the law and that is when someone is attempting to kill au seriously injure wewe au someone else (See: link). Self defense does not however excuse wewe from the emotional ramifications of taking a life which can be zaidi unbearable then any justice a court can dish out.

Verdict: Acquitted - Self Defense

I may have appointed myself judge but as most of wewe know it is not the judge that has the last word but the jury. i'd like to issue wewe all a summons and invite wewe to deliberate on these cases in the comments.

For your benefit I've compiled some of my research in an link.
5. Ruby
I upendo her because she has gone through SO much and she's still one of the kindest/sweetest people in town. That makes her incredibly strong. She's unconditionally helpful to others. Even people she doesn't know that well au people she doesn't seem to like much. She's also such a loyal friend (especially to the Charmings and to Belle). Plus, she is full of personality and I upendo her bold style. And whenever she shows up on screen working as a waitress I get reminded to "Twin Peaks", which is something I love. She grabs all the attention. Ruby is also sassy and sexy without even having...

This is a glossary of sorts to my makala "Is Killing Ever Justified?". Please read it first link.

OUAT Legal Dictionary

"There are actually 4 kinds of homicide: Felonious, accidental, justifiable, and praiseworthy. It makes little difference to the victim which sort they die of; the classification is mostly for the benefit of lawyers."

By US definition:

homicide n. the killing of a human being due to the act au omission of another. Included among homicides are murder and manslaughter, but not all homicides are a crime, particularly when there is a lack of criminal intent. Non-criminal homicides...

I expect this will get quite a bit of criticism, so a disclaimer before I start: it is not my intention to bash Neal. I'm trying not to find reasons which aren't there and if I saying anything untrue, feel free to correct me. Please don't complain if I say things wewe just don't like, but if I get something specifically canonically wrong, tell me so.

This post is me trying to articulate exactly why it is I'm not fond of Neal. I'm simply trying to just lay out what it is about him that irks me while being as objective and impartial as I can. Some of this post will overlap with other makala and...

Did anyone else see the parallels between the compass in "Tallahassee" and the magic maharage, maharagwe in "...And Straight On 'Til Morning"?

Both the maharage, maharagwe and the compass are necessary tools to travel between the worlds and are a symbol of hope. Both items take a lot of hassle to procure - climbing the beanstalk and fighting the giant for the compass and growing and fighting Tamara and Greg for the bean.

In "Tallahassee" Emma has the compass and refuses to let Hook hold it before deciding to not to risk trusting him and chaining him up. She couldn't risk trusting him because she had to get back to Henry....

"1. Launches himself on a vengeance quest - first thing to do is going to the “eternal kindergarden” where he constantly gets his punda kicked kwa a little boy with the yellow bug and his gang.

2. Comes back from Neverland - only to be pushed around kwa bitchy mother and daughter, and eventually gets frozen for 28 years.

3. Upon coming back to life, pretends to be a simple blacksmith - gets chained to a mti kwa a group of girls.

4. Constantly makes innuendo jokes, hits on each and every female in sight - didn’t get one to actually fall for it.

5. Busies himself making rape jokes to impress...

1. Why emma the one who meet him in NY? Nael got the postcard, I honestly though after he receive that postcard, he immediately fly to storybrooke and tafuta for emma

Theory 2
he feel guilty and can't face emma yet

2. Why emma in NY? why she willingly leave her family and storybrooke to meet someone who broke her heart?

Theory 1

I didn't write this...it makes sense though..

Olmpiias Wrote:

I think in the end we will find out Rumple manipulated the whole thing...Even down to Daniel's death kwa Cora and Regina's hatred of Snow..etc. Remember without the prior events, the Dark Curse, Invented kwa Rumple, would never have been used.

I think in the end Rumple will be the true villain, not Regina.

I agree. I think Rump knew Cora before Regina was even born. Since the onyesha likes to remind us (read: drill it into our heads) that "evil isn't born, it's made" I think we will eventually see how Rumpel "made" Regina evil, possibly orchestrating...

My idea of a cool episode for OUAT is:

Cora uses a fireball spell to cast Regina's house on moto after evilly criticising her in Storybrooke and traps her inside the house.

Meanwhile Henry and Emma are watching the news and hear of a 'house moto in Storybrooke' and how a woman was trapped in the blaze! Henry and Emma
are shocked! Emma went to investigate (because it's her job as sheriff). Henry sneaks out after her to see if his other mum is okay, even though he thinks she's 'evil.'

Emma Spots Cora leaving Reginas house and maswali her about the fire. Cora says cunningly: "Thats what she deserves!"...

Despite OUAT being intended as a family-friendly TV series, it contains a lot of story-lines and pairings which involve a lack of consent au dubious consent. Most of these are not recognised au acknowledged within the story. These are the ones I've identified:

During the flashbacks in The moyo Is A Heavy Hunter, Regina ripped out the Huntsman's heart, squeezed it to display the effect this would have and threatened to crush it if he ever disobeyed her. She then kissed him against his will and ordered him taken to her bedchamber. The clear implication here is that she raped him. The writers...

"Magic always has its price".

This is a well-known quote from Once Upon A Time, first uttered kwa Rumplestilskin in the season 1 episode The Price Of Gold. When I first heard it, I assumed that he was saying this simply to manipulate cinderella and to justify killing her fairy-godmother. I was surprised to hear other characters, and mashabiki in this club, later repeating it as if it were gospel.

I've looked at different forms of magic within Once Upon A Time, trying to determine their price. For some, the price is clear. For others, I can only identify limitations rather than a price, au the price...

I wasn't much of a shabiki of the final season of OUAT, unlike the earlier 6 seasons. There are a few reasons why.

Although I know that this was due to actor availability/actors not returning, I did miss Emma, Belle, Snow, Charming, CaptainSwan and Snowing. Several of my favourite characters and couples were almost entirely missing from the final season. I'd think that even mashabiki who dislike those characters would be able to feel the resulting imbalance after following their stories for so many years. I also wasn't keen on how they tried to rewrite the earlier seasons in claiming that it'd been Henry...
