The inayofuata day, Una and Everett went to the hotel lobby for breakfast. "Look at all the tropical matunda they serve here!" Una alisema as they approached the buffet.
Everett smiled to see her enthusiasm. He had woken up this morning still a little worried. He helped her to fill up her plate, piled high as usual, and carry it to the table.
"Let's go swimming today," Una alisema as they sat down. "I can't wait to see the beach!"
"It looks a bit cloudy," Everett pointed out, glancing uneasily at the sky. "Maybe we should plan an indoor activity for today. We could probably reach a shopping centre before the rain hits."
"It's cloudy now," Una agreed. "But I'm sure it'll pass kwa the time we're finished eating. I did want to go swimming our first day!"
"Well, okay," Everett agreed. "I wouldn't mind swimming today myself."
They finished their breakfast, lingering over the meza, jedwali as they talked and laughed. When they had finished around an saa later, they went to their hotel room to change into their swim clothes. Everett glanced uneasily out the window as Una decided which mkufu would look best with her white lacy beach, pwani coverup. It was even greyer and gloomier out there than before.
"It'll clear up," Una assured him. "Come on, let's go see the beach!"
It was windy out, and baridi than either of them has expected it to be on their trip to Florida. The air was a bit damp, and the beach, pwani was almost empty.
"We have it all to ourselves!" alisema Una happily.
Everett glanced at the sky. "I'm not surprised... Maybe we shouldn't go in the water just yet."
Una shrugged. "Oh, okay. We'll wait until it clears up. I'm sure it won't be...."
Before she could finish her sentence, the skies opened up and the rain began to pour.

I have aliyopewa this some thought, and I decided to write a special birthday message for my friend, Antonia. Because she is a special friend, she deserves a special birthday message. Without further ado, I'll get started.

Antonia, we have known each other since December 2015, when I had my old account, ChiliPepperLuv. wewe were sixteen, and I was nineteen. It seems like just yesterday when we were both teenagers. Where has all this time gone?

Over the past five years, wewe have shown me what true friendship is. You've shown it in the way wewe think so highly of your best friend, Paul. You've shown...

The big night finally arrived. Les and Jimmy were going to be doing their first gig in front of an audience. As they were preparing backstage, Jimmy asked, "Are wewe nervous, Les?" Les said, "Maybe a little." Jimmy said, "I'm sure you'll be fine. Don't worry about what your dad said, all right?" Les said, "All right." Meanwhile, a boy about their age was attempting to enter the club. He was very dreamy. A lot of girls liked him, but sometimes his young face made it hard for people to take him seriously. The security guard said, "You have to be eighteen to enter this club. Do wewe have an ID,...

For the inayofuata two weeks, Les threw himself into practicing his muziki with Jimmy. He poured all the mixed-up feelings of starting a new life and worrying about whether they might succeed into his playing and singing, and even he could tell the difference in the amount of passion coming through, especially in the sad au painful songs. His improvement inspired Jimmy, who sounded better than ever, trying out new and zaidi creative beats on his drums. Jimmy sometimes also talked and cracked jokes to an imaginary audience between songs. Venus and Mars remained the only audience to hear this, with Mars...

Les reluctantly took the phone and said, "Hello?" His father said, "Les, please come home. Why did wewe run away?" Les said, "Dad, I didn't run away. I moved out. There's a difference." His father said, "I need wewe at home." Les said, "No, wewe don't. If I stayed, we'd just fight all the time. It's not good for either of us." He said, "If wewe don't come nyumbani now, I'll call the police!" Les said, "Go ahead. Tell them your eighteen-year-old just left home. See how that works out for you." His father said, "Yes, wewe are eighteen. That means it's not child abuse if I beat the shit out of you!" Les...

Les went back to his father's house only long enough to pack up his Les Paul, his record collection, and a number of other essentials and favourite possessions, and then he left. Luckily, his dad wasn't home. His father often worked late, and would always impressed upon Les the importance of doing so, even though he was usually in a worse mood when he came nyumbani after working too long. Les wondered if he should bother leaving a note. There was nothing he really wanted to say to his dad, but then, if he didn't say anything his father might try and look for him, and Les didn't want to deal with...

As Les cried, Jimmy placed a hand on his shoulder. Jimmy's dogs, Venus and Mars, came to comfort Les. Venus and Mars were both mixed breeds. Although they looked intimidating, the large, wolf-like appearance of both of them was the only intimidating thing about them. They were very affectionate with those they knew, especially Jimmy and his friends. They were wary of strangers, but they were not at all aggressive. Les asked, "Why does my father hate me?" Jimmy said, "I don't know, Les." Les said, "My mother loved me. Why did she have to die?" Jimmy said, "I know, buddy. She was taken from you,...

Les's fingers flew across the fretboard of his beloved Les Paul as he played along to the riff from "Day Tripper", which was playing over on his computer screen. Sitting on his half-made bed, he nodded his head to the music, unaware of anything else as the melody flowed over him. His hair flopped into his eyes as it often did when he was playing guitar, but he hardly noticed.
The song ended, and Les opened his eyes and grinned. That had been his best playthrough yet. He had been practicing a number of sixties and seventies rock songs for months now, and he only got better at them. Les glanced...

Hi, everyone! Antonia here, and several of wewe have done this questionnaire. I decided to do this one as well. I thoroughly enjoy doing these questionnaires. With that, let's begin.

1. How often do wewe like to listen to music? As often as I can.

2. Where do wewe listen to music? I listen in my study, in my bedroom, and in the living room. I don't listen to muziki in my bedroom as much right now, because my puppy, Joplin, is too little to go up and down the stairs.

3. Who is your inayopendelewa singer? I'd have to say Janis Joplin. I mean, I have a dog named after her.

4. What’s your inayopendelewa band? I...

Hi, everyone. Antonia here, and I have even zaidi exciting news. I know wewe all have been waiting for eight weeks for this news, and I am finally sharing this with you. I got a new puppy!

My new puppy is a Gerberian Shepsky like Roscoe. She is actually his half-sister, shared mother. She has a blue-gray kanzu, koti and light brown eyes that have a green haze to them, just like mine! I named her Joplin, after Janis Joplin. I was actually torn between holly and Joplin. Of course, holly was partially inspired kwa the krisimasi season and partially inspired kwa rock and roll pioneer, Buddy Holly. I called...

Hi, everyone! Antonia here, and for those of wewe who read my makala that I ilitumwa a few days ago, I know I alisema that I had some big news that I would discuss in another article. Well, here it is.

This is really big for me and RocknRollSoul60 (Paul). For the past ten years, it has been our dream (and the dream of our families) to get out of the Bible Belt, and this year. It is finally happening. In May, we are moving to Colorado.

I know. Some of wewe are thinking, why Colorado? wewe see, my uncle and Paul's father work for the same company. They both got promotions, so they will be relocating to...

Hi, everyone! Antonia here, and I'm here to talk about my plans for 2021. My grandma always told me to never beat around the bush, so I'll just get straight to the point.

As I type this, in just a few hours, we will be in a New Year! I have so much in store for 2021! As always, I will be doing shabiki fictions. My first shabiki fiction will be a collaboration with Rubyrings (Layla). We agreed to do one after New Year's. We have not worked out all the details yet, so I'm not sure when the first part will be uploaded. All I will say is stay turned.

I will also be doing blogs again this year. I know you...
