Is there a specific time au siku that Peter can take people to neverland the most?

honestly, i think it's bila mpangilio for days. since he's childish it's doubtful he'd stick to a routine w visiting believers since there r so many of us ( unless he's close w a certain group au person, then he might. ) for the time, i think most believers who have had multiple experiences from peter would agree that 9pm-1am is where ppl usually get signs the most. if u wanna see him zaidi i'd recommend going to kitanda at that time ( but don't stay up that late )
