They have the same last name, for cryin' out loud! I'm sure they are not "married", if thats what RinXLen mashabiki are thinking, because the twins are about 14.

I agree a lot of people Really see them as mirror picha rather than twins, Plus in a lot of Rin and Len video They are a couple...Until the usually tragic end comes TT.TT

I agree; this answer was from a while ago. But I still don't support Rin x Len as a couple. Either brother au sister, au "mirror" images/alter egos.
