How do wewe think Snape would respond to being a father?

The initial reaction would depend on the circumstances around the conception. In the end however I think he'd be happy. He strikes me as someone who craves to belong, to be loved and to have someone to upendo unconditionally. He might worry a bit, but I think he'd be zaidi likely to throw himself into trying to do the best for his child.

Hide from it? Ditch the woman? Not *this* man.

Sure, he'd worry. Every decent father worries. I think he would resolve to be the best father he could be, and I think the child would be very lucky indeed. (Yeah, couldn't wewe just see the daughter of Severus Snape at 16? Severus meeting her very first boyfriend on her very first date? :p)

For sure he would be unsettled first. This would be a major disruption in his way of life.

Then he would be dead worried, considering his childhood and the abusive father he had. He would be afraid to turn into what his father had been with him.

But last, he is way too much responsible a man, too much dependable, to ditch the woman he would have made pregnant. He would take responsibility for his actions - like he had always done before.

He would do his best not to reproduce the mistakes that had been made against him as a child.

It would depend upon who the mother is.

I think he would definitely be worried, based on his own sad upbringing. However, being a better person, he would be a good parent. He wouldn't dump the girl, and he would be proud of his child.

Well, as everyone else said, I don't think he'd ditch her au hide. Whatever Severus may be, he's no coward.

Of course he's be worried. Not only because of his own past experiences with his father, but also because I think every future father get's worried. But I also think he'd be a little happy and excited. And proud.

He would never leave the woman... If it was a mistake au intentional. I think it would be good that he would be worried because it would onyesha that he wants to do a good job and raise his child right.

He would be the best dang father ever! I could just see his daughter now... :D She'd have him wrapped around her finger! And he would upendo her and prove to the world that he is not his father...

Of course he would be worried what father wouldnt be? I think he would be a great father however i can see him having to take care of the child kwa himself because something happend to the mother, but i know he would upendo the child with all his heart. i actully read alot fanfiction were he has a child and its my fav kind.
