Has there been any official news yet to whether e4 have commissioned a forth series of Skins?

From Interviews with the cast I got the impression they had just finished filming S1 before XMas and added the sound and stuff in January.
For S3 they only began filming in July 08, so I don't think S4 will begin filming until at least July 09. It only became official this week that there was going to be a S4. In interviews to promote this series the cast all alisema they don't know the future of Skins yet... but would upendo to do another year.
