Are Stefan and Elena getting back together in season 3? and when? which episode?

actually im thinking the same thing. Ive seen many spoilers about season 3 but nothing about them getting back together paul wesley actually alisema there is still hope so dont give up and the directors even alisema their upendo is epic.
