(Books) Since Damon loves both Elena and Bonnie, aren't they fighting? They both upendo Damon, right? So why are they even Marafiki still?

I would say they are still Marafiki because they have known each other so long and been threw too much together. I believe one who have to deeply offend the other for them to completely stop being friends.
