Okay, I wrote this after I’ve seen the promo for “Jack Knife”, so it’s a bit AU. I wanted to post it, but then I Lost it in my files, don’t know how it happened myself. Now I found it again and decide to post it. English isn’t my mother tongue, but I hope there aren’t too many grammar and spelling mistakes. I really tried to sort them out, but if there are one, they are mine. Hope wewe like it. (I upendo comments, so please tell me what wewe think.)
Maybe wewe know it, I’m sure wewe do, but unfortunately I don’t own NCIS, it’s sad, but I can’t change it. : )

In a sort of a relationship

This should have been a beautiful day. Not much work. A nice and boring afternoon in the big squad room with coffee and the snack vending machine. But now they had a case. Bad thing. Undercover work for Ziva. And Tony almost freaked out. It wasn’t a problem for him to see Ziva working undercover. But the person she worked with was making him… crazy.
He sat at his dawati and tried to make everyone think, that he stared at his computer monitor. But he wasn't staring at it. He gazed at Ziva. She sat at her dawati and laughed. Tony didn't want to watch THEM, it was depressing. And again she laughed. inayofuata to Ziva stood Ex - Corporal Damon Werth. This stupid guy had to work on this case too, as her undercover partner. And Tony almost freaked out. Tony wasn't jealous. au better he would never admit he was jealous. But he was. Really. Seeing Ziva with him was hard. It showed him how much he loved her. How much he cared about her. Tony hated Werth. The guy who made Ziva laugh. Even McGee realized their little flirt. He looked at them too and smiled. He was happy for Ziva. But Tony didn’t let anyone suspect anything. This was his job. And he always did his job well. No matter what. Tony hammered on his keyboard. Ziva looked at him and he just shrugged with his shoulders, but inside of him he was happy that she had looked at him for a moment and not at Werth.
"It doesn't work." he apologized. It was working great, but he only wanted to interrupt the couple in front of him. Actually he wasn't allowed to be jealous. That was the deal. Tony didn't even know, if this was a part of the deal. He hated the deal. Even zaidi than Werth. That would be a great title for a movie. Maybe it already existed. The deal between him and Ziva was different. And in his eyes this deal was totally stupid and not important.

****

"What about a deal?" Ziva asked, while she was searching for her under wear. She had wrapped the soft blanket around her body, so she wasn’t completely naked.
"What deal?" Tony was about to prepare his camera for his sight-seeing tour, but he had to do something better. This meant watching Ziva, running trough their room. He really hoped she would lose the thin blanket. His eyes followed her. She raised her eyebrow.
"Can wewe please stop to undress me with your eyes?" she asked him with a bright smile on her lips. She knew herself that he wouldn’t stop. And she knew that she wouldn’t want him to stop. But this was something she would never admit. Maybe it was her pride. Maybe it was the fear to be hurt again. She didn’t know herself.
Tony nodded, just to please her. Just to make her happy.
"Your deal? What is it about?" he asked. He asked this question, so she would forget about the last few sentences. And it worked. But he regreted it just a moment later.
“Sure. Rule Number 12 doesn't work in Paris and when we are in DC again we… act like before. Annoying each other like we always do. Gibbs won't kill us and we…don't know. We’ll see. Are wewe okay with it?" These words hit him hard. Tony didn’t know an easy answer. Ziva didn’t know one either, but she alisema this to come clean about what happened last night, to keep her job, to keep the friendship she shared with him. Ziva finally found her black bra on the floor beneath the bed.
"I’m okay with it." Tony alisema with a calm voice. But he wasn’t. And he would onyesha her that he wasn’t.

****

Jealousy wasn't a part of their deal. He was sure about it. But in fact they couldn't keep up their deal. Paris had happened 4 weeks zamani and they had seen each other outside work for zaidi than 1 time since then. Better zaidi than 10 times. Almost every day. Their movie nights were something special and unique for him. Tony was excited about it every time. He hoped Ziva felt the same.
"Can I ask wewe out for tonight?" Werth suddenly suggested. Tony opened his mouth and hid behind his monitor, so they couldn't see him. Ziva smiled. She could see Tony's face. She wanted to see what he would say, if she would agree. If he would say anything au if he would just stay behind his desk.
"I'm sorry Damon. I'm in a sort of a relationship right now." she answered, but she didn't waste a gaze at Tony. Ziva tried to be as cool as ice, if this idiom was right. He smiled and concentrated on his work again. au he pretended to concentrate on his work again. Tony was a great pretender. McGee, who sat at his desk, was surprised. But he wasn't as stunned as Damon. Werth didn't say anything and left.
"You are in a relationship?" McGee asked curiously. He had never heard Ziva speaking of a boyfriend au anything similar.
"In a sort of a relationship. That's a big difference." Ziva answered him and looked at Tony. He was still smiling.
"And where is the difference?" McGee asked. Ziva frowned, and then she shrugged her shoulders.
"I don’t know."

****

Tony was standing in his bathroom and tried to fix his chaotic, brown hair.
"Your face was priceless this afternoon. I should have taken a photo." Ziva said. He turned around and saw her leaning against the door frame in a hot and sexy pose.
"That wasn't nice. He is so… Werth isn’t worth to describe him." Tony alisema and looked into the mirror again.
"Sure. wewe looked that way." she teased him. She wanted a reaction. She wanted to prove if he really felt something for her. And making him jealous helped to prove it.
"Was that sarcasm, Miss David?" Tony asked with his usual "Bright-white-Tony-smile.
"What if it was sarcasm, Jealousy?" Ziva knew that he would hate this name. Another reaction thing.
"Did wewe just call me Jealousy?" he asked unbelieving. Tony was surprised and impressed kwa her self-confidence.
"Just to try if wewe like it. I can think about even better nick names, if wewe don’t like it. I think Hairy Butt is a bit used, don't you?" she asked with a bright smile. She wouldn’t ever tell him, but actually she lived for such moments.
"Does there exist a rule, which says wewe aren't allowed to kill your lover?" Tony asked and took some steps until he stood in front of Ziva.
"No, but I think the American law maybe says something different." She lent mbele till her lips almost touched his. She could feel the sparks between them.
"Agent David studies for her test, how could I forget?” he alisema softly. Ziva smirked.
"You only have to remember that wewe aren’t allowed to break rules."
"We are already breaking every rule." he sighed and kissed her.
"Not every, just one. And I never liked the number 12" she answered and with her answer she ended their kiss.
"Why are wewe in such a pleasant mood? What's wrong with you?" Tony asked and used her words from Paris. Ziva laughed and thought about a good answer.
"I slept well last night. Why didn't you? wewe looked comfy enough." she answered with his words. They smiled at each other. They both knew this moment would end. It wouldn’t last forever, but they knew they would remember it when it had ended.
"We can repeat it." Tony answered and his eyes found Ziva’s.
"Every time."
A/N: This is how I expect the November Two-Parter to go in my mind, without any reference to any of the current spoilers. This is my first Tiva/NCIS fiction and my first time to write in third person, so, be kind to me – I’m new to this. I upendo feedback and how to improve my writing, especially since uandishi this was kind of my preparation for my English exam. This may not be exciting but I promise to make it as better as the story goes further – it is a four/fiveshot.

Another sleepless night, another note, another siku without Ziva. He didn’t know if he could deal with anything other than another rescue. He folded & unfolded the paper in his hands, replaying the words in his head – Flight 646 6:20 pm accompanied kwa the words wewe won’t want to miss this. He looked at the clock… only 8:45 am. What the hell was he supposed to do for the inayofuata 9.5 hours?

Tony had been uigizaji strange for the whole day.

It was almost like he didn’t want to work.

Not that that was weird for Tony, as normally he spent his hours lounging back on his dawati chair and shooting spitballs at McGee. But this time…it was different. It was almost like he was late for something. He was trying to use any excuse he could think of to get out of the office. Ziva’s mind worked in overdrive.

At midday

The sun beat down on their backs as Ziva clicked the camera around the crime scene.

Invitation

December 24th, NCIS, 6.30pm

Tony was sitting at his desk, finishing his paperwork, counting dakika for leaving home. Christmas. However, it didn't mean much to him. Not this year. In past few years, he used to invite some hot girl to his apartment, usually stayed for a night au two. But not this year. Everything had changed a lot. He took a look to his partner working opposite to him. Her dark, tender eyes were following her hand, uandishi a case report.

-Yes, the people that were find dead during this mwezi have something in common. All of them were members of a dance club.
-So, the killer must be in the dance club…
-Really, McGee?! –Gibbs says.
-So… wewe want us to go there and ask a few questions? –Ziva says. Her voice seems so sad, so disappointed. I should have kissed her, even...

I watched Aliyah last night and came up with this in my head. This is how I'd wished it had gone.

“You jeopardised your entire career and for what?” Ziva snarled.
“For you.” He alisema it so softly she almost wasn't sure if he had alisema it.
Her right hand swung up, to ngumi, punch him no doubt (frankly, he didn't blame her, he'd already punched himself twice) but he was prepared and caught her wrist before it made contact with his face. Her other hand barely came up before he'd grabbed that wrist also. Without thinking, he pushed her around a column and into a corner. Ziva tried to wiggle her way...

I never thought much about fingers. wewe don't have much time to, working at NCIS. Most girls are always painting their nails au getting temporary tattoos, while I, I shoot a gun with my fingers.
