I mean...they're identical twins. The only reason why it wouldn't really work is because Tom has dreads and he kept their natural color while Bill dyed his black. So even if he added makeup, they wouldn't really look too much alike besides for face structure. ;)

They have their own style and they look totaly diff...

i think tom would look sort of like bill with makeup, but you could still tell them apart

Well they're twins, but they have two completley different styles and personalities so regardless of if they wore make-up or not I recon I could still easily tell them appart.
