What happens if people REALLY think that they are vampires?

Okay so I saw this person who thought they were a vampire and he went around biting people! So I go to the VAMPIRE shabiki club here and say I think I am a Vampire. (just to see what everyone would say... I know I am not a vampire)And everyone but 1 person alisema I am crazy. So I went to the girl who thought she was a Vampire and alisema "Your Crazy" and She bit me! I screamed soooo loud! It was hilarious! Then I asked them Why they could go in the sun, and they alisema " I am like Nessie" And I laughed really hard.
What would wewe do If someone thought they were a Vampire?

I saw a girl in my school who thought she was a vampire. She had a shati on that alisema "I upendo Vampires" and she had like, really realisitic fake fangs in her mouth. I was like "O.o wewe go with that".
