Why did Jacob drop out of school?

I think they did because of their out of control anger. They wouldn't want to get pissed off about something and end up turning into a werewolf right in front of the whole student body and teachers. Plus they wouldn't want to hurt anybody either. So they had to drop out because of that I think.

I dont think they 'dropped out' of school...more like they just took a break...hard to be in school when Forks was being overrun with newborns...they had to protect La Push...then they had to stand with the Cullens against the Volturi....and remember in Breaking Dawn...Bella and Jacob talked how if Jacob wanted to keep up with Nessie he would need to catch up on his studies....

The Mbwa mwitu loups would stop going to school temporarily shortly after they first shifted, until they learned to control it. They wouldn't want to lose their tempers and shift into a wolf, hurting people and betraying their secrets. They claimed illness during this time. I think they would have returned eventually, but then the newborn threat and the Volturi meant that they didn't have time to continue their education.
