Well, as of this date, this is the most hivi karibuni game I have in the orodha of games I bought, and boy, was I shocked how much I enjoyed it. And honestly, from the reviews, I probably shouldn’t have enjoyed it, but let’s talk about it. Let’s talk about the very last Pandemic Games game that was released before their demise at the hands of EA, the open world game, The Saboteur
The Saboteur was a game that I would’ve liked to do a zaidi in depth analysis on it’s own rather than on the juu 100, but since I enjoyed it so much and since we’re at this point in the series now, there’s no better time than now. The Saboteur tells the tale of Sean, an alcoholic Irish racer who gets thrown into the middle of Nazi controlled Paris after his friend his killed kwa them. Seeking revenge, he joins the Paris Resistance to fight back the Nazis and take Paris back, one area at a time. This game doesn’t do much of anything special when it comes to open world games. wewe got a set number of missions, most of which are assassinations of Nazi generals, destroying Nazi camps, and outrunning pursuing Nazis in their tanks and zeppelins, it’s pretty much that most of the time. They work fine, yes, but if wewe are not used to the same stuff over and over again, wewe won’t get much enjoyment. But, what the game lacks creatively in it’s gameplay, it makes up for in it’s visuals. This game has amazing visuals, where the world of Nazi controlled France is all black and white while the important locations and Swastikas, as well as the armbands on the Nazis, all stand out in the black and white. Every time wewe are in a black and white town, wewe can spot a Nazi kwa the red on their arm. Another thing that kept me invested in this game were the characters. The story doesn’t do much of anything new, it’s all pretty cliche, but the characters themselves are interesting. As long as I enjoy the characters, who cares what the story does. Sean is a great character, voiced kwa Robert Atkin Downes, the voice of Travis Touchdown, and wewe get a plethora of other voices. Also, I know for a fact I heard Liam O’Brien doing the voice of Nazis in this game. O’Brien can do a real good Nazi voice and I don’t know if that counts as a compliment au not. The Saboteur is a very simple game. It won’t do anything new, story wise, but it did keep me interested enough and I had fun with it. Not much to do after the main story except unlock achievements, but it’s still a fun time that I had and I would like to see zaidi of it… And then wewe remember Pandemic Games is dead, so that will never happen.
