This is the first chapter of I Won't Let Him Keep us Here. Enjoy

************************************************************************************************************************************
Missing.

The word was whirling around Carla’s head, making it ache, making the room spin.
“They’ll find her, I promise.”
“Really? Would wewe mind using your newfound physic powers to tell me where the hell she is, then?” snapped Carla, shrugging her sister’s comforting arm from her shoulders.
Carla hadn’t meant to snap like that, but Sophie was so naïve. Maybe she believed everything the police had tried to blur the sharp corners with; their reassurances might have aliyopewa her peace of mind, but Carla couldn’t stop her body shaking. She was red with anger and distraught with worry. She just wanted to find her best friend. It was crystal clear that the police didn’t have a clue where Rebecca was. That much was clear since she had been reported missing three days ago.

Carla had been walking to Rebecca’s flat with Lilly to get ready for their planned night out when she’d noticed the door was ever-so-slightly ajar. In a blind panic, she’d raced up the stairs and through the front door without the smallest care for her own safety.
Carla gasped as she took in her surroundings. The flat was a state. The meza, jedwali and chairs were overturned and shards of broken glass littered the floor.
“Becca,” Carla called out, dread and anxiety spreading through her body.
“Rebecca,” Lilly frowned and suddenly started looking around as if suddenly expecting her friend to appear.
“Her phone’s still here,” alisema Carla, picking up the expensive iPhone from the floor.
She surveyed its cracked screen. It was blank and clearly broken, though Carla tried to turn it on anyway.
“She never goes anywhere without her phone, I don’t understand…”
“Carla,” cried Lilly, her eyes wide and filled with horror.
She was standing on the other side of the upturned table, her gaze fixed on the floor.
Carla dashed over to her, letting out a small cry herself. She placed a hand over her mouth as she felt the bile rise in her throat, her vision blurring as her eyes filled with tears.
On the edge of the table, there were faint fingernail marks like someone had clung on for dear life. A few meters from Lilly’s feet was a pool of blood, half-dried with four streaks extending from it. Finger marks. There’d been one hell of a struggle. A struggle which had been lost.
Lucy had flown into action and phoned the police instantaneously as Carla leaned against the door frame, shocked and devastated that Rebecca was gone. The blood terrified her all the more.

Since that day, Carla couldn’t remember the last time she’d had a proper sleep when she’d not woken up screaming from the horrendous nightmares, crying and wishing that her best friend was safely snuggled up beside her so she could protect her. She’d been haunted kwa the sight of the blood that never left her head. She felt totally helpless and angry that she was unable to do anything to help return Rebecca salama and sound.
Each night, after trying to get sleep to consume her, Carla wandered the streets, wracking her brains for any inclination as to who had taken her best friend au where she had been taken. It was better than lying powerless in her bed, salama and warm when Rebecca was out there somewhere, alone and scared and hurt.
Now, Carla was sitting in the local café with her sister because Sophie, being sensible, had declared that it wasn’t wise to go to the pub because she would just drink herself into a dark oblivion to try and forget.
“Carla, I know you’re worried…” alisema Sophie, placing her hand over her sister’s to comfort her.
“I’m absolutely petrified,” Carla whispered, unable to stop her eyes misting over once zaidi “I just want her back.”
“We all do,” Sophie alisema with a sigh, taking a long drink from her mug of hot chocolate.
After three long days and nights, Carla was pretty sure she knew who was responsible. Scott Johnston – Rebecca’s ex-boyfriend. He was the one who’d hurt her best friend in the worst way possible and left Rebecca to pick up the fragments of her life while he lied to the courts and got let off with the awful crime with not so much as a caution au a restraining order. He was the possessive lover who wanted her to be his and only his. He couldn’t stand their break-up, couldn’t cope with being rejected. All the signs pointed to him as being responsible in some way. His car was gone. His house was empty.
“They’re not at the house and their passports are still here, so where could he have taken her?” pondered Sophie.
Carla stood up suddenly, her eyes dark and determined as she thought of all the twisted things Scott was capable of. The thoughts made her blood run cold.
“I don’t know. But I’m going to find her,” she vowed “And I’m going to make that monster pay for everything he’s done to her.”

************************************************************************************************************************************

Rebecca woke up to near darkness. As she slowly opened her eyes, nothing seemed familiar. Her body felt heavy and groaned in protest as she tried to turn onto her side.
Once she had successfully completed the manoeuvre, she screwed up her eyes and scanned her surroundings, unable to songesha her head due to a severe stinging pain.
It appeared that she was in some sort of underground room. Aside from the kitanda she lay on, there was some sort of wooden chest in the corner and two doors; one of which had a steep flight of rickety steps leading up to it.
Rebecca sunk back onto the hard mattress. She closed her eyes in an attempt to stop the dizziness which was threatening to overwhelm her. The motion helped for a bit, but as soon as she gained some relief, a pounding started in her head like someone was banging a drum and there was a sudden throbbing pain in her wrist. She opened her eyes again, feeling vulnerable with the blindness.
Rebecca stared blankly at the chest, wondering what it contained but not have the strength au the willpower to investigate. Every time she tried to recall what had happened and how she had ended up here, she felt like there was a brick ukuta preventing her from doing so. It frustrated her to no end. She hated not knowing. She hated it zaidi than anything.

So, what does everyone think? It's just the first chapter. Please leave a comment. Also, what title would be good for the whole story.
A/N: I finished uandishi this about five dakika ago, lol. It's actually a song, but I figured it would fit as a poem as well.

This poem/song was inspired kwa two things: 1) A few of my inayopendelewa anime couples, namely Ed x Winry from Fullmetal Alchemist and Hoshino x Tanabe from Planetes (AWESOME series). And 2) while my dad was in Iraq, he heard "My Immortal" for the first time and alisema he loved the idea behind it...but it was too sad/depressing because "the chorus was in past tense instead of present tense." So he asked me if maybe I could take the same concept and do my own thing with it. I...

I remember your books
In the hallway
I remember wewe cracking up
Microscopes in the garage
Those old parts
I upendo wewe zaidi than anything

I remember your blue eyes
Looking into my emeralds
Like we lived in our own world
I remember wewe chasing
Our brother
Then falling asleep in my lap
I can still feel wewe curled up kwa my side
Little man
And even through that night I knew
You fought it hard as wewe could
Remember I
Held wewe and whispered

Come on, baby
With me
I'm never gonna leave
You behind
You were
My best
Thirteen years

I remember the first night
When my hope
Turned to crying and screaming your name
Flowers pile up in the...

She was beauty woven into a living being... If only that were the case. But as I stepped towards her, opening my mouth to speak, she faced me, never moving her feet to turn. We held eachother's gaze for a few agonizing moments. It seemed as though she was just going to stare at me until I did something.
When I reached this conclusion, i decided to take a step forward. As I did so, she began to shiver. Another step, and she began to twitch anxiously. Another step, this one seemed to be all she could take. Yet, I had to know. So I took one last step, and she broke.
Her eyes flashed and her hair...

Creating your own universe is a great way to pass time. It will also give wewe a rough outline for your writings. These are the steps I follow in creating Eden.
Step 1: Establish main geographical features. This will be crucial in establishing the settings in your stories. If a certain river has magical properties, wewe have to knw where the chanzo of the river is to be able to pinpoint the chanzo of the power.
Step 2: Establish lifeforms present on your world. wewe have to know what creatures live there before wewe can write their histories. If the dragoni had not attempted to merge themselves with...

“It all started about six years ago…my mom and dad were at the park playing with my younger brother, Tyler, on his fourth birthday. I had decided to hang out with my Marafiki instead… now I wish that I had never made such an idiotic decision. Cause of that siku at the park, someone came and murdered my parents and aliiba away my little brother. I know all of this because that dirt bag left a letter saying “ I murdered both of your parents and aliiba your little brother because when I went to kill him I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. So, I haven’t decided...

Sams POV
I am your normal, typical everyday teen who is 16 years old. Samatha is my real name; say it to my face and I will bite your head off. People say when there young, (girls anyway,) "Look mummy, I want to be a princess when I grow up, and I'm going to marry a handsome prince." To tell the truth, I used to be a girl like that. A girl who read every fairy tale she could get her hands on, and believe that they are real. It is a load of poison now. I had to learn that in real life, true upendo is rubbish and wewe won't grow up to be want wewe want. And in life, change happens quite alot and...

**6 months later...***

Bride laughed and giggled as I bounced her on my leg; just another siku at the park. It was summer, finally, a break from school. I guess I was looking mbele to being a sophomore. School wasn't that bad anymore now that I had my friends. Felicity wasn't that bad either. We're not exactly the greatest of friends, but we can tolerate each other now. Also, Trace and I started dating. It was great; he's really sweet and funny. I couldn't ask for a better guy.

"Come on, Harley! Gail alisema to be nyumbani kwa three!" Aspen called. Everyone else was already at the sidewalk, starting...

I sat in a chair kwa the window. I was still in the asylum. Days had passed, and nothing changed. I hadn’t heard anyone speak of Alexander. Doctors would come in my room every few hours to make sure I was still alive, au to make sure my arm didn‘t hurt.
I asked one of the doctors about my arm. None of them knew how I broke it. Even the paramedics alisema it was broken when the man from the motel called. I didn’t break it. I knew I didn’t. I think the motel manager did. He probably crushed it when he found out I never gave his Nyquil back.

Something has severely struck my curiosity
Did he know of his ill fate?
What were his last thoughts?
Did he even have any?
If so were they about his family?
If his life flashed before his very eyes,
Did he have any regrets about what he saw?
What were his last words?
So many maswali about this stranger dying before my very eyes ,
whom I know absolutely nothing about.
The touchiest of subjects and its stuck on my mind
Truthfully, the only people who know the answer
are forever gone.
When time comes for me to know the answer
What will I be thinking about?
Will I know of what is to come of me?
Who will I...

I'm setting here looking at a paused televisheni screen and i soon think to myself is that the way that our life is life when we are put on hold.

If tht's the case then why are we not able to do the work that we have been meant to do forever,
how can the people in our lives trust us for the decisions that we make in our daily lives that we live.

are we really meant to be th people that we are meant to be au are we just passing through this earth with no-where to go but down, that is what i think about when i see a paused tv.

so what do wewe think about this journal entry that i just wrote wewe need to think about what i alisema and give me your best anwsers that wewe can give.

Why, do things have to be so hard
In life?
Why can't things be easy
And everyone could just enjoy
Their short lives.

Betrayed
kwa an old friend
kwa an old boyfriend
It feels like the whole world
Has gone on the enemy's side

Why do things have to be so complicated?
Tears are rolling down my cheek
As life goes on,
That's what I do.
Because I feel unused, unhelpful, abandoned.

Life goes on
And even though I try
To shrug off the troubles I have had in the past,
Smiling,
Inside, I am extremely hurt
Stabbed kwa my own friends

I am deserted
Even though I smile
I am hurt
I am betrayed.

The entire neighborhood was out in the front yard of Sarah's house. They had all come back from the 4th of July fireworks at the high school and were now waiting for the huge firework onyesha that her father put on every year.

Though Sarah wasn't out front with everyone waiting for the show. Instead her and Niall were running out to the pool. The onyesha was a little over a half an saa long so they finally had time to themselves.

The backyard was dark, but the pool water lit up beautifully from the full moon light. Millions of stars shown in the black sky, something that doesn't happen to often...

A poem written kwa me. :]

Snow, snow, wewe are perfect.
When wewe fall down, wewe are white. A clean white.
Beauty, beauty.
The beauty of snow.

We put on mittens, we throw on scarves.
We run outside a pick wewe up, ball wewe up,
and toss you.

Then we get cold.

We run inside and drink coffee and cocoa, we
snuggle up, we run hot baths.

Why, snow, why are wewe so cold, so numbing?

Hate.Disappointment.Regret.They all make up some of the worst thing in our lives...then why can't we just give it up?Give it up and just throw all our problems away? The answer is simple because this, this is reality not a fairytale au some fiction story, where the writer can just have their way over their characters like puppets.No.Not at all in reality does one have their way to control their life au the lies that people tell them. There's no stopping your troubles in life au changing the regret you've made in the past ...it's life.

"Blake!" I shouted. I ran down the stairs, grabbing my kanzu, koti and quickly throwing it on. He came in, holding Tristen and Blakely in his arms.

"Huh?" he asked, completely unconcerned.

"Hollis is being taken to the hospital," I alisema quickly. His eyes widened. "We need to go!" He nodded, and we got the twins in their car seats, and soon were off to the hospital.

"What happened?!" he asked, his voice thick with tension.

"I don't know! Her teacher just called, and alisema she was being taken to the hospital! I didn't really think to ask the details!" I said, panicked. We were nearly speeding, but still...

Sorry this is so long and confusing! I promise the inayofuata part will be zaidi exciting! :)

I never realized how much it hurt to be shot. Who would believe that that was the least of my worries? I certainly didn’t, so as I was screaming my head off, all people from around the school came into the band hall to see who was screaming. I suppose they would be a bit disappointed that someone was just shot and no one had gone crazy, which would have been equally entertaining, but there was tension in the room. Kids stood awkwardly around, not knowing what to do. People that had crowded around me earlier...
