Ever since I've got nyumbani from my holiday, I haven't been able to sleep. Last night I went to kitanda at 10 and got to sleep at 1 am. When I don't get to sleep I get really upset and cry. I'm worried that it's going to happen tonight and I'm getting teary just thinking about it so does anyone have any tips on how to get to sleep quicker? ilitumwa zaidi ya mwaka mmoja uliopita

do alot of running au spending time outside to tire wewe out for the day, drinlk some warm maziwa before going to bed, read a book, a BORING book, and just be as comfortable as wewe can. I really dont know how to deal with insomnia that much zaidi ya mwaka mmoja uliopita

Do as LunaLovely said, and also relax wewe muscles and clear your mind. Also, if wewe have a muziki player with soft, ballad-like music, listening to that before wewe sleep might help, too.
