Well, they were more important. And I like the way the look more. There isn't much difference between them though.

The Beauty and the Beast ones serve the purpose of getting Belle's dad to the castle. They also give Beast a reason to save her and bring them closer to together. The frozen ones are basically filler, and a rip off of the BatB ones

The Frozen ones are just normal wolves like the BatB ones. How can the be rip-offs? If a movie uses wolves that that's rip-off?

I find them more believable as wolves.

In terms of animation and originality, I prefer Beauty and the Beast's. However, they do NOT act or hunt like real wolves. There's like seven dozen of them and they all just mob-chase Belle and Philippe instead of circling around the horse so he can't escape? When Philippe gets tangled and Belle thrown off, they go straight for the giant horse that is tied up but can fight back rather than the tiny human that is easy pickings? When Belle tries to protect Philippe, the two-dozen wolves just slowly creep closer to her and attack her club and cloak one at a time, instead of several jumping her at once and going for weak points like her jugular?

If those were real wolves? She and Philippe would be dead before the Beast even showed up. Real wolves attack with organized and almost military precision. They go for the weak spots and the weaker of two targets first.

Frozen's wolves aren't much better, but at least they're chasing a fast-moving sleigh, so their generic chase tactic is more justified than just standing around trying to pick off their prey one at a time when it's two-dozen against two targets.

I really couldn't care less about the wolves. :\
