She's pretty frightening. xD

Creepy as hell

The hag? Not very creepy. She manages to only be disgusting.

Shan-Yu murdering people en masse in cold blood? That is truly terrifying.

^I think people are picking her because she's trying to kill 14 year old girl for a petty reason and that's also pretty scary

^Her motive is disgusting, and so is her transformation. She stooped to a very lowbrow move to get rid of a kid. And she's wicked, all right.

But does the queen do anything more than spook me? Nah. That's all there is to her. Meanwhile, Shan-Yu's dirty business troubles me a whole lot more. He killed many more people than the queen did, and they stayed dead even at the end of the movie.

No other villain has scared me as badly as she does.

Ratcliffe and Shan Yu are two most terrifying and hateable villains to me. Shan Yu is smarter and more cunning which makes him more successful and dangerous but they are both very cruel and ruthless. Ratcliffe gains strong fear and disgust during Savages song and Shan Yu during the messengers scene.
I am antimilitarist to core and I hate people who start war. At the same time I very ruthless and vengeful myself and I can totally imagine myself as Mirri Maz Duur to Shan Yu's Khal Drogo. Or Ratcliffe's.
At the same time both of these bad boys are very charming so I love to hate them.
