Was there ever a fanpopper who made a shabiki club for her/himself?

I don't know why, but for some reason, as I looked at my fussy newborn stepcousin, this thought came to me. I could definitely see istillkillu *crosses self to undo any jinx* doing this, and end up waiting for someone to jiunge a club that will zaidi likely get 0 fans. But seriously, did anyone ever do that before?
