Lilly wakes up in her pango and goes to wash her face, while Garth's out hunting for food. Cause of the fact that she's pregnant, she hasn't been feeling that good in that past few days. She gets dizzy every now and then, and her legs wobble from her baby hump. While she sits down and takes a look at the view outside the den, Winston and Eve come to visit her.

Eve: Lilly, my little angel.
Lilly: (smiles) Hi mom. Hi dad.
Winston: Feelin' better? (hugs her)
Lilly: Yeah, i'm fine.
Eve: (sees her belly) How are they?
Lilly: Oh, they'll be coming soon. I guess.
Winston: I bet Garth's proud of you, sweetie.
Lilly: (giggles) I know. He's my macho Alpha.
Eve: So, where is he anyway?
Lilly: Out to get some food. Don't worry, he'll be back soon. Where's Kate?
Winston: With Humphrey and the puppies. They've been asking about you, Lilly.
Eve: They just can't wait for the babies to come.
Lilly: Believe me, mom. I'm just as excited as them. But... (she looks down)
Eve: What's wrong, sweetie?
Lilly: I'm not sure if i'm gonna be a good mom.

Eve and Winston look at each other.

Winston: Why would wewe say that?
Lilly: Cause i'm not like Kate. She's an Alpha, she's strong. I'm just an Omega. (holds her belly) I don't know if i'm ready.
Eve: Don't say that, my little girl. Of course you'll be a great mother. We believe in you.
Lilly: (smiles) Thanks mom.

Tony walks in the den.

Tony: Anybody mind if i jiunge in?
Winston: Nah, who invited you? (high five's Tony)
Lilly: Where's Garth?
Tony: He went to meet up with the others. (pulls a dead fawn in the den) We also brought this.
Lilly: Nice.

Meanwhile, Garth meets up with Kate and Humphrey, who're in their pango getting the place in order.

Humphrey: Hehe! What's up, brother from another mother?
Garth: Just got back from a good ol' hunt with my dad, and i thought i'd check out what's up with wewe guys.
Kate: Well, we got some stuff to do in here, as wewe can see. But wewe can stay if wewe wanna.
Garth: Nah, i can see you're busy fixing stuff so i'm gonna go.
Humphrey: Dude, it's ok. Besides, we're all done.
Garth: Well, okay. (sits down) God damn, am i tired as hell!

The mtoto wa mbwa (Runt, Stinky and Claudette) are playing tag with Fleet.

Claudette: (to Fleet) Tag! You're it!
Fleet: Oh no, wewe don't! (chases after them, laughing)
Kate: So, Garth. How's my little sis been?
Garth: She gets a little dizzy every now and then, but she's alright. wewe know the typical stuff of a girl being pregnant.
Kate: Yeah, i can totally tell.

Meanwhile, Lilly starts feeling dizzy again as she feels that she's ready to give birth.

Eve: (hears Lilly grunt) Lilly?
(Lilly starts panting and falls to the floor)
Winston: Lilly!
Lilly: I... i think it's time.
Winston: (to Tony) Go tell the others!
Tony: I'm on my way! (runs off)

Winston lays Lilly in a pile of hay.

Eve: Sweetie, it's okay. It's gonna be fine. Just push!

Lilly screams as she starts pushing the first puppy outta her.

Winston: It's almost out! Only one more!

Lilly pushes one zaidi time and the first puppy's finally out. Meanwhile Kate, Humphrey and Garth are hanging out with each other, when Tony comes to tell them about Lilly.

Garth: Dad? Dad, what's wrong?
Tony: Son... it's time.
Garth: (gasps) Lilly! (runs for the den; the others follow)

Lilly screams in pain as she pushes the sekunde puppy out.

Winston: You're doing great, Lilly. Almost there!
Lilly: (crying) Dad, i... i don't know...
Eve: It'll be fine. wewe only have one more. Push!

Lilly screams again, pushing the last baby outta her. All the babies are crying.

Winston: The last one's out! It's a girl.
Lilly: (pants, feeling exhausted)

Garth and the others arrive just in time, and Winston hugs Garth.

Winston: Congratulations!

Garth walks in the pango and sees his wife laying down, with 3 newborn babies nursing on her: 2 Alpha boys and 1 Omega girl. Lilly raises her head a little and looks at Garth, who comes closer to her.

Lilly: (jokingly to Garth) Hi, daddy.
Garth: (nuzzles the puppies) They're so beautiful, just like you.

Garth and Lilly kiss as the others watch, touched.
