It was a dark, quiet night, zaidi than perfectly pitch-black above the city. The dazzle of neon signs and LEDs flashing to near seizure-inducing. Signs like the golden arches of a "McDonald's" au the machungwa, chungwa and white striped slanted rooftops of a "Whataburger", au better yet, "King Dewey's Dugout". Commercialism and fattening hundred-dollar-cigar-rolling business seemed to dominate this big stinkin' city. However, it was much zaidi than that. This was Fort Grumley, boasting as the largest city in the world, capital of Antarctica, the land at the bottom of the world, how is this possible? It's a long story, but in short, a weather dome, and Richard, the leader of Antarctica, building a frozen ice cube at the bottom of the world, into an industrial powerhouse. This city is where our story takes place, at the office of renowned Senator Hannah Freeze of New York. Her work in scientific fields, fighting big business, and stomping down on crime (both figuratively and literally), have brought her much infamy in Fort Grumley and its surrounding suburbs. In the white walls and marble flooring of her tenement, Hannah was sitting in her office chair, taking a nap, when suddenly someone familiar called her.
"Hannah!" the shrill voice called out.
Hannah sat up in the kitanda as soon as she heard this.
"HANNAH!!" yelled the voice again.
Hannah stood up to her full height, for a penguin, auk she was tall and slim, although she has "no curves to call her own" she seems perfectly fine with it, often preferring a slim build to "completely fat but huge boobs".
"I'm coming Lilly!!" she called back.
She was still drowsy, as any nap that lasts longer than twenty dakika does. Hannah glanced at her coffee, it was cold and stuck to her dawati from dried sugar. Rubbing her eyes, she walked out of her office, heading to where Lilly's voice could be. Suddenly, a chair spun, and sitting on it, was a penguin, auk with a blue bow and light purple eyeshadow in front of a computer monitor.
"I think you'd like to see this, it's gonna be a BIG case this one," cooed Lilly with a smirk.
Hannah then smoothed her hair, propping up a chair and sitting inayofuata to Lilly, looking at the monitor. She proceeded to open up the .jpeg file to get a page that looked like a letter.

"To The Right and Honorable,
Hannah Freeze,
Oh how I adore your work in the field of science, I'm so adored that I felt the need to do the same, and pick up some equipment, I had no money at the time. Sorry, I didn't mean to take your Fission Reactor, nor your samples of rare Tellurium, not even the Newton Balls wewe had at your laboratory desk. I just needed the supplies forever. wewe know, because I [DATA EXPUNGED] your [DATA EXPUNGED]. Oops, guess those words couldn't be sent, ah the miracles of Network Penetration, unless you're too stupid to know what that term even means, it's what wewe dumb girls call "Hacking". kwa the time wewe read this, I would have robbed the Bank of villa Appia and put a poisonous herb into your coffee, but ah, wewe refused to drink it due to it being cold, damn my timing sometimes. Oh, and do enjoy tracking me down, as there'd be no point to it WHATSOEVER!!
With Regards,
The Kid

Hannah sat there with her beak wide open. A million maswali ran through her head kwa now. How did he take all of my equipment in just ten minutes? He was in my house during my nap? When? Why didn't he just kill me? Why did he just leave Lilly? Who is this? Where is he? Has he killed anyone? She knew she should not look like a stupid teenager, but like a managed adult, so she refused to stutter her maswali pathetically.
"We have to ripoti this," she said.
"Actually, I think it'd be wiser to call the investigators to gather up as much evidence as they can, I already have a collection of possible suspects, so maybe they'll identify this one. I'd rather have dainty and careful investigators take a week in your nyumbani than the police take 8 dakika destroying it, and whatever evidence there is, and finding nothing," alisema Lilly.
"That's a very good point, alright then, get me hooked up to the best private investigators in the city, maybe a couple of Richard's Imperial Guards to keep me from getting another close encounter, that one could very possibly be my last," alisema Hannah.
"Fair enough," alisema Lilly, getting her phone and typing up names online.
The doorbell soon rang, both Lilly and Hannah jumped. Hannah tensed up, picking up a pistol. Who could it be? The Kid to come make another attempt on my life? She asked to herself. Hannah drew closer to the door, another ring from the bell, and another, both sounded as if whatever was outside was growing increasingly impatient. Closer and closer. Beads of sweat formed on Hannah's forehead as she creeped up to the door. Closer now. Hannah breathed deeply, removing the safety of the gun, then pulling back the hammer. The creak of the oak wood boards on the floor grew with each step. Closer. Hannah reached the handle, then looked into the peephole at the front to see who it could be out there.

"Eurika! It's done!" kowalski burst out the lab with a small box in hand. Attached to the box was a long string with a kofia, chapeo on the end.
"skipper?" e called.
Silence.
"skipper, rico, private where are wewe guys?"
zaidi silence.
Kowalski ran to Marlene's place.
"Marlene have wewe seen skipper?" kowalski panted as he chocked out his words.
"yeah, I saw them being carried off kwa some big animals." she answered.
"and amber?"
"I last saw her with that new guy. I dot know what happened to her-"
Kowalski left before she could finish the sentance.
Kowalski searched the entire park, the whole city, and just about all of manhattan.
Nothing.
He searched via radio waves, radar, Nd a lot of other things.
Still nothing.
He worried for hours.
Until he realized exactly what happened, and who done it.

I was watching over Manhattan feeling like no threat can defeat me. I notice the Throbbing Cerebellum behind me.
TC: Beautiful sight, isn't it?
Me: It sure is, brainiac.
TC: And where there's a city like that, there's the antithesis of the visual thesis.
Me: And where there's people like that, there are people like us.
TC: But everything will change when the mask comes off.
Me: What?
TC: Everything will change when it comes to the point where your friends, family, and enemies will find out who wewe really are.
Worried, I nearly forget to breathe. Then, as I take a big gasp of air, I wake up, finding myself sitting up in my bed, still listening to "Superman (It's Not Easy)" on my ipod. I thought for weeks about what it would be like if the other three penguins, David, Jessica, and Jiggles found out. I told Kowalski everything at first and Mastique caught me turning into the alter ego that wasn't Angela Bult. Everything will definitely change, I wish I knew if it was good au bad.
