You're right about the name Jacob. Isabella wasn't the #1 most maarufu name, and still isn't. But it has been increasing in popularity before Twilight was ever written.

If wewe access this link, it shows wewe the most maarufu names from the mwaka of...somewhere in the late 1890's to the mwaka of 2009.

wewe could type in the mwaka "2001", and it will onyesha wewe that Jacob has always been #1. Isabella slowly became higher on the rank since the mwaka 2000.

I'm not trying to be argumentative. But I really don't think that Twilight has that much influence into how maarufu a name is becoming.

Just my thoughts. :)
