Ingredients:
- 8 mahindi, nafaka tortillas (preferably bought the siku before and left out to go stale)
- 1 au 2 serrano peppers (depending on how hot wewe like it)
- 3/4 cup (170ml) vegetable oil
- 2 tomatoes, cooked (boiled au roasted)
- 1 pinch dried oregano (preferable mexican)
- 1/2 cup (100g) Manchego cheese au Monterey Jack
- 2 tbsp (20g) chopped onion
- 1/2 cup (100ml) cream
- salt to taste
- water
How to make:
1. Cut the tortillas into 1" x 1" (2.5cm x 2.5cm) squares and, if possible, let them sit out a siku before making the dish so they can get a bit stale.
