Yeah.. personally, I see Skipper as a well built guy with black hair and saphirre blue eyes :D...... as for Marlene I dunno, but I see her as a brown haired girl.. and her hair are slightly wavy.. and she's got green eyes...

Skipper=lead singer
Marlene=Girl he's running after
Kowalski=Guy with glasses in very begining (only on for a second)
Rico & Private could be in the crowd "Skipper" goes through
Antonio=Man Skipper sees beside marlene when he finally gets to her

well not exactly in human form it happened in a dream. short dream but an awesome one and weird one. i had a dream that i was playing mini golf(yeah mini golf)with them but they were the costume ones
link them. and their mouthes moved and they talked like the characters.
